Our nurses are paid by the visit, receive mileage reimbursement or a company car, and are expected to be available daily from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Employment Details
VNA nurses work on a per-visit basis, with additional compensation for mileage or access to a company car. Employees must be available for monthly and weekly on-call rotations and be prepared to drive 45 miles or more for patient visits.
Training
New hires undergo a 30-day training period covering organizational policies and procedures. Additionally, computer training is provided to familiarize nurses with handheld devices used during patient visits.
