In this role will be responsible for:

- Asking questions to interpret, analyze and anticipate the caller’s situation as to resolve problems, provide information, dispatch emergency services, or refer callers to other agencies
- Dispatch and coordinate the responses of public safety agencies
- Communicating with store personnel and local authorities with security related issues.
- Maintaining accurate alarm contacts for registered premises
- Partner and Corroborate with federal and state government agencies (DEA, FDA, FBI, Board of Pharmacy) to ensure compliance of security alarm systems and frequent communications for active investigations of organized retail crime.
- Maintaining alarm processing database. (Call list updates, code assignments)
- Remotely accesses alarm systems and makes program changes as needed.
- Works alongside senior leads to deliver superior security services to CVS Health business units.
- Generates alarm related reports for distribution to Loss Prevention and Operations management.
- Identifies, documents and creates R&M tickets for end users in incident management tracking system.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:

Required Qualifications
1+ year of Customer Service Experience or Dispatch experience or call center experience

Preferred Qualifications
- 2-3 years’ emergency dispatch or command center experience preferred.
- Previous experience with Bosch, DMP, and Honeywell alarm panels
- TMAA Level I & II certification a plus
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required with the ability to successfully interact at all levels of the organization while functioning as a team player.
- Ability to effectively interact with management and local emergency response authorities.
- Proven ability to prioritize competing demands.
- Demonstrated ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain information in the strictest confidence.
- Experience providing customer service, preferably over the telephone, with proven ability to be sensitive to each request and apply strict confidentiality.
- Familiarity with the Internet, including ability to quickly and easily navigate through search engines and websites.
- Must be proficient and fully functional in Microsoft Office applications and able to effectively utilize all available office management technology.

West Central Behavioral Mobile Crisis is looking to hire an individual(s) who are interested working on this team, specifically the overnight shifts from 11 p.m. -7 a.m. in either of our two locations in Claremont or Lebanon New Hampshire. We are looking for individuals to help those in need during these times when other service providers are not available.

The Mobile Crisis Team works closely with other Community Health Centers, area Police Department, and other community-based delivery systems. This will all occur within a two-person team. As a part of this team you will rapidly evaluate complex behavioral health situations; develop, recommend and support clinically appropriate crisis interventions to be implemented with individual clients, their families, and a wide variety of community helpers, including law enforcement and EMS personnel.

To do this, we need passionate and dedicated Bachelor-level Counselors. We will consider candidates with Bachelor's Degrees in Progress (Counselors) if they have relevant experience in mobile crisis/mental health and are in school for the appropriate degree. For the case managers who already have a full-time job, but believe in our mission, there are also first, second and third shifts available.

A Crisis Counselor develops meaningful and trusting relationships with clients, acts as a mentor, and gives consumers the support they need to better advocate for themselves, based on their personal experiences. The Crisis Counselor provides clients an example of what they can strive for in their recovery and works as a part of an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:
• As a member of a supportive, multi-disciplinary team provides peer support services to individuals in crisis in the community and in homes.
• Uses own life experiences to engage individuals in crisis, assist individual with engaging in services and supports, and development of an individualized recovery plan.
• Plays an advocacy role, provides transportation, and promotes self-care, illness self-management, and wellness and recovery.

Penn State Harrisburg invites applications for a full-time faculty position to teach Fundamentals of Effective Speech Communication, with the possibility of teaching a course in the communications area in the future. Division Overview

This position will leverage analyses to ensure that the company meets its financial expectations and drives an increase in business value by providing financial and analytical counsel in order to facilitate decision-making around strategic business initiatives.

Responsible for providing financial analysis, forecasts and reports regarding revenues, revenue dependent expenses, sales incentive program, and other financial analyses.

Responsible for clearly documenting various customer contracting, product pricing, and other business rules that drive financial forecasts, analyses, and the design and operation of various information systems.

Responsible in assisting end users with acceptance testing and guide various staff and managers in the proper use of the BIW systems.

Position Accountabilities
• Extracts financial and non-financial business data from business systems using automated reporting tools (such as BIW, Tableua) and analyzes, organizes, and summarizes such data.
• Assists in the preparation of CAS’ revenue weekly projections, monthly forecasts and annual budgeting & planning.
• Monitors actual revenue and revenue dependent expenses against budgets and forecasts, researches reasons for variances, and prepares analysis and reporting.
• Assists in FX analysis & impact
• Maintains BIW systems and problem log, ensuring business transactions and master data is properly updated from feeder systems including testing and verification of data accuracy. Documents all relevant details including magnitude and cause, and recommends and implements solutions.
• Helps with requirements and business definitions around revenue KPI’s.
• Draws conclusions from data analysis, then develops and communicates recommendations.

Education/Experience/Technological Knowledge
• Bachelor’s Degree Business with a major emphasis in Business (Accounting, Finance or Economics) or related field required
• 5 or more years of direct finance experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting agreed-upon deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to manipulate large data sets for analysis
• Detail oriented with a proactive focus on accuracy, effectiveness, and efficiency
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; the ability to clearly articulate results and findings of analyses
• Ability to summarize across different audiences and levels of the organization
• A demonstrated ability to lead (a collaborative leadership capability) and attributes of a change champion
• Demonstrated experience with MS Office applications (particularly PowerPoint, Excel & Word)

• Advanced financial analysis skills including proven expertise in developing complex financial models and forecasts to support current and future business opportunities;
• Must possess the ability to understand trends and results at both a detailed level and a strategic level
• Must have the ability to assemble large volumes of data and inputs and organize the data for strategic decision making with a sense of urgency;
• Has a proven ability to communicate effectively with various levels of management within the organization;

Position Summary

The College of Arts
& Sciences at the University at Buffalo is seeking an
Academic Advisor to work within the Natural Sciences and
Mathematics Sector. As the Advisor, you would be responsible for
providing a range of support services to students who are enrolled
in the college’s departments such as Biological Sciences,
Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics. Caseloads will include incoming
freshman, transfer students and continuing undergraduate students
in addition to working with students who are at risk of not
completing their degrees.

You will also lead and/or assist with advising-related initiatives
that support the college overall; serve on student services-related
committees; and represent the college at events, as needed. The
Advisor will report to the Director of CAS Advisement
Services.

As the Advisor your responsibilities would include:
• Advise incoming students, including transfers from community
colleges and University change-of-majors who are exploring or
entering an academic program in the Natural Sciences and
Mathematics Sector. Onboard and counsel transfer students with
regard to: developmental academic planning; general education and
major requirements; evaluation of courses for transfer; class
registration and degree tracking; and maintaining successful
academic progress. Facilitate students’ transition to updated or
new academic programs by providing comparative degree completion
analysis.
• Pursue and lead strategies to address the needs of
under-performing students (e.g., those who have received academic
warnings, have low GPAs, or are at risk of failing.) Support
students by troubleshooting roadblocks, and tracking students’
progress. Partner with the Tutoring Center, Writing Center, Math
Center and related offices to foster activities that support the
population.
• Establish advising processes that cover scheduled and walk-in
individual advising, group advising, and classroom presentations.
Help students negotiate university regulations, assisting with the
completion of forms as needed.
• Incorporate direction from department leaders with regard to
managing caseloads from their respective units. Work
collaboratively with peer and faculty advisors. Maintain
relationships with Career Services; Counseling Services; Office of
Accessibility Resources; Equity, Diversity and Inclusion; and
related areas with regard to referring students for services.
• Develop and maintain working knowledge of and effective
relationships with student support and business offices across the
university to effectively assist students to leverage available
supports and successfully navigate potential barriers to
success.
• Help innovate, lead and implement strategies that support
advising goals set by the college. Examples may include creating
new protocols, piloting programs, or fostering the use of
information systems. Learn and utilize technology such as HUB
Advising, SIRI, Navigate, and other tools. Enter and analyze
student data for reporting and assessment.
• Collaborate on university retention initiatives, including
campaigns designed to influence non-registered students.
• Represent the college at student events related to advising and
recruiting, such as Welcome programs, New Student Orientations, and
Majors Fairs, with some occurring on nights and weekends. Conduct
presentations as needed.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Two years professional experience working with undergraduate
students in a higher education setting.
• Able to learn and advise students on curriculum requirements
for a wide range of programs, with adherence to confidentiality
standards.
• Computer experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access).
• Must be able to manage competing priorities, be

• Master’s Degree

support services strongly preferred.
• Experience with UB policies and procedures surrounding
undergraduate education.
• Experience with academic advising and working on student
success initiatives.
