ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following...
• Responsible for financial reporting and analysis, as well as budget coordination.
• Acts as liaison between divisional planning groups and accounting department, through financial forecasting, report analysis, and budget presentation for the company.
• Maintains automated budgeting systems and which provide control of expenditures for activities such as advertising and marketing, maintenance, or to project activities.
• Collects and analyzes records of present and past operations, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenues, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred to project future revenues and expenses.
• Acts as accounting liaison for actual P/L results. Interprets budgets for management.
• Performs other duties and functions as assigned by Management

MINIMUM EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university and up to four years related experience. Accounting or Finance field preferred.
• Excellent proficiency in (MS Office – Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
• Experience with JDE or experience with similar ERP system

Crucial responsibilities include:
• Develop and execute new account distribution plans within assigned region by effectively utilizing go-to-market strategy encompassing account identification, marketing strategy, product merchandising and service programs.
• Achieve sales targets for G-Shock timepieces in independent accounts and assigned regional chains.
• Regularly call on all key accounts in assigned region and maintain strong relationships with account and store management, retail buyers.
• Enhances overall sales and marketing efforts by reporting on market trends, market feedback, and competitor’s efforts; assists director of sales in sales program support at the independent and regional account level.
• Has thorough knowledge of product and is able to demonstrate product effectively through in store and online training. Hold store training presentations on a seasonal basis.
• Support and assist TPD management in sales and marketing programs within national territory as needed.
• Pursue and open new accounts. Existing strong relationships with better and guild jewelers.
• Supports sales and TPD marketing functions by attending and assisting in various trade and dealer shows and events.
• Other Responsibilities/Duties as assigned by Management

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
• Bachelor's degree and a minimum 3-5 years related experience; or Advanced degree and a minimum of 3 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Independent/Regional Account Watch and Jewelry Sales/Buying Experience Required.
• Demonstrated track record of managing independent accounts, servicing them and opening new accounts.
• Ability to communicate, create energy and drive sales effectively.
• Ability to multi-task, manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Team player, aggressive results oriented and open to new ideas.
• Position requires regular overnight travel.

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $140,000.

• Assists in monitoring PSI and updating purchase plans.
• Tracks forecast accuracy and measures performance against inventory targets and sales goals.
• Assists in the development of sales plans to manage aged and slow selling inventory.
• Communicates with Tokyo HQ Office and Logistics Office in both Japanese and English as needed.
• Understands divisional KPI’s, monitors the progress, and assures continuous improvement efforts.
• Performs other duties and functions as assigned by Management

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and two years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bilingual in English and Japanese is Required
• Knowledge of Kanji Writing
