In this role, you will:

In this role, you will:

In this role, you'll balance business and employee needs, modeling leadership and an openness to change, while helping leaders understand the impact of changes on employees and National objectives.

As a Human Resource (HR) Coordinator you will serve as the key liaison within our HR Business Partner (HR BP) team, responsible for the day-to-day operations while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Your primary role is to assist in the efficient coordination of HR activities including maintaining personnel records, participating in onboarding and offboarding activities, immigration liaison, and assisting employees with a variety of HR-related matters.

What You'll Do as a Human Resource Coordinator :

In this role, you should expect to be an integral part of the HR BP team and would have the following primary responsibilities :
• Maintain electronic personnel records for employees.
• Assist in preparing HR reports such as headcount and turnover rates.
• Support HR communications efforts as appropriate.
• Conduct new hire onboarding activities to include processing background screenings, I-9 verification, etc.
• Support the HR team offboarding activities including system terminations, termination letters, severance agreements, facilitating exit interviews, etc.
• Conduct client-specific background screens, audits, and COVID-related checks per Client Requirements.
• Support annual audits such as client background requirements, I-9s, employee handbook, etc.
• Serve as the point of contact for immigration-related questions and activities.
• Serve as the point of contact for employee questions through the general HR inbox.
• Assist with completing unemployment claims.
• Assist in preparing HR-related correspondence, presentations, and other communications, as needed.
• Support miscellaneous requests from Centric's Operating Groups and Leadership team.
• Additional duties, as assigned.

What We Look for in a Human Resource Coordinator :
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources or a related field, preferably supporting an HR BP model in the professional services industry or similar.
• A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is often preferred.
• Critical attention to detail and ability to work independently once provided instruction and direction.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines at any given time.
• Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills with an ability to effectively present information clearly and respond to questions with leadership teams, employees, and vendors.
• Strong competencies also include self-motivated, creative problem solver, customer focus, accountability for results, team collaboration and effectiveness, flexibility, and professional confidence.
• Adept at utilizing Microsoft Office Suite.

In this role, you will:
• Plan and lead OCM work efforts, including strategic change, technology adoption, and enterprise change management: scope identification, project planning and execution and, monitoring of OCM deliverables
• Apply OCM experience applying change enablement techniques and methods around leadership and change vision and metrics, communications and engagement execution, change impact analysis, change readiness, cultural understanding, sustainability plans, and learning.
• Collaborate and work with diverse Centric and client teams to achieve project and change adoption goals
• Manage the people, process, and technology changes occurring within the Client while achieving a project's desired outcomes.
• Provide strategic solutions to clients in multiple environments and disciplines

Who you are:
• 5+ years of experience leading/implementing Organizational Change Management.
• Promote impact analysis, learning/training, communications, organizational readiness, deployment, and adoption measurement. This includes experience implementing change as the means of ensuring faster adaptation.
• Consulting experience. This can include internal and external consulting experience.
• Experience leading OCM principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g. Prosci, Kotter, LaMarsh), with the ability to build tailored OCM strategies and plans.
