CAG is a dynamic organisation in an evolving risk landscape.
• Sustain and improve on CAG’s risk governance and reporting, including advising and interacting with CAG Senior Management and Board Members on risk management. This includes refreshing the risk framework.

As a Business Analyst, You Will
We are looking for an Assistant Manager to support the business analysis and program management functions of the Low Code CoE and the CAG Accelerator:
• Engage teams across CAG to discover opportunities to transform business processes and identify suitable use cases that would benefit from the speed and agility of low code development.
• Help... teams to define and clarify their business ideas, problem statements and requirements.
• Connect teams to the right in-house (and sometimes external) expertise through the Accelerator, who can help to identify the right solution approach, design solutions, and take their ideas forward.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for low code development to advise and help teams accelerate the ideation to solution journey.
• Guide teams in articulating and documenting their requirements through process swim-lane diagrams and wireframes, and work with them to design appropriate data structures that support the envisioned digital solution.

As a Program Manager, You Will
• Manage the operations of the Low Code Application Management Support team, staffed by external support engineers, to ensure smooth running and operations of deployed low code solutions.
• Work with our Corporate IT colleagues to equip CAG staff with the tools for low code development, manage necessary infrastructure and governance needs, and mitigate risks in developing and deploying low code solutions.
• Organize awareness and training sessions to help business units understand when & how to leverage low code solutions, and to train citizen developers to build their own Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, or Power Query solutions.
• Nurture and strengthen engagement with the citizen developers in CAG’s Low Code Community of Practice.
• Build, maintain, and engage our panel of internal consultants for the Accelerator, drawing from colleagues across CAG who are practitioners in areas like AI, Data Science, RPA, Low Code development, and other emerging technologies.
