Chaos Cylindo is looking for a motivated Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager to... join our global customer success team of exceptional professionals in Europe and in the United States. As a senior customer success manager, you will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, ensuring they get a world-class customer experience at Cylindo. You will be working in a highly collaborative and free environment in compliance with global standards.
Primary responsibilities
• Build and manage long-lasting, strategic customer relationships (account ownership)
• Position yourself as a strategic partner, drive high-level conversations, inspire long-term decisions for the customer, prepare and run EBRs, identify and manage potential risks (e.g. churn), etc
• Work with clients to scope and quote new projects, pricing guidance, create quotations/sales documents, signing
• Identify account development potential/new sales opportunities and secure renewals
• Link between the customer and Cylindo teams – project management, content creation, support, product, marketing etc. and serve as an escalation point of contact for the customer where needed

Hands on experience on any Chaos Engineering tool (Azure Chaos Studio, AWS FIS, Gremlin, Chaos Mesh & Litmus)
Experience in defining a hypothesis around a steady-state and to simulate real-world events.
Experience in designing and executing the chaos experiments which will simulate real world failure scenarios
Experience in deriving meaningful insights from the experiment results and provide recommendations for improving system resilience and reliability
Experience in Cloud computing like Azure cloud, AWS or GCP
Experience in Microservices, Kubernetes & Docker environment
Experience with Terraform, Helm, Azure pipeline
Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e. g. Azure Monitor, Dynatrace, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana)
Integrate Chaos engineering with CI/CD process.
Good Communication to collaborate with different project stakeholders (Dev, Operations, Infra & Security team).

Your tasks include : Design and execute CHAOS experiments to simulate real-world failures and assess system resilienceDesign major features and launching them into productionTriage and prioritize issues based on impact and severityDesign services that are highly available, scalable, and redundant.

ResponsibilitiesRequired QualificationsBS / MS in Computer Science or related fields6+ years software engineering experience in a distributed cloud environmentProficiency in CHAOS testing methodologies and toolsExperience with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and microservices architecture.
Experience with scalability testing, ensuring applications perform optimally under heavy loads.Strong understanding of fault injection, latency testing, and stress testing.
Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools to analyze system behavior during CHAOS testing.Proven track record of identifying and diagnosing system weaknesses through CHAOS testing.
Ability to triage and prioritize issues based on impact and severity.Creative thinking to devise novel CHAOS scenarios that challenge system robustness.
Effective interpersonal skills to document findings, share insights, and collaborate with partner teams.Experience working in cross-functional teams to improve system reliability.
Ability to articulate CHAOS testing results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Preferred QualificationsStrong experience in designing and implementing chaos testing for large scale servicesHands-on experience developing services on a public cloud platform (Examples : AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle)Experience with cloud infrastructure services, regions, and multi-AD designsExperience collaborating across engineering organizationsDisclaimer : Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.
Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations onlyUS : Hiring Range : from $96,800 to $251,600 per annum.
