Chaos Cylindo is looking for a motivated Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager to... join our global customer success team of exceptional professionals in Europe and in the United States. As a senior customer success manager, you will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, ensuring they get a world-class customer experience at Cylindo. Primary responsibilities
• Build and manage long-lasting, strategic customer relationships (account ownership)
• Position yourself as a strategic partner, drive high-level conversations, inspire long-term decisions for the customer, prepare and run EBRs, identify and manage potential risks (e.g. churn), etc
• Work with clients to scope and quote new projects, pricing guidance, create quotations/sales documents, signing
