• Plan, execute and manage end-to-end marketing programs (campaigns, webinars, executive roundtables, trade shows, conferences) with and for partners

Roles and Responsibilities:

NOC, SRE::

In Partnership with engineering leadership, will work to build the Service level indicators (SLI), Service Level Objectives (SLO), Service level agreements (SLA’s) and Error budgets for Chargebee services.

Manage 24/7 production support (L1 and L2) teams ensuring all production issues are resolved quickly; ensure RCA and fixes to ensure these does not recur in future

Involved in customer escalations related to infrastructure and will build a close relationship with our customer support, engineering and product organizations.

Own the RFP line items related to reliability and uptime.

Decentralize and Democratize Monitoring with key focus on Self-Service.

Design and leverage best-in-class DevOps practices including CI/CD, monitoring and alerting, auto-scaling etc.

Work hand-in-hand with the frontend and backend engineering teams to reduce or eliminate any repetitive or manual tasks.

Ensure that development environments (local,dev,staging,qa etc) are all setup and updated automatically.

Faster deployment of Infrastructure and Products/applications

Decentralize and democratize deployment to enable eng teams to self deploy reliably and consistently.

Infrastructure Maintenance , Security & Compliance
• Build and own highly secure and available cloud infrastructure.
• Do capacity planning and cost optimization.
• Maintain Consistency and Capacity across all services in our Global Regions/DC
• Work closely with Information Security organizations ensuring the highest levels of security and responding swiftly to any new and emerging vulnerabilities and security threats.
• Ensure Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity are handled.
• Assist the compliance team to ensure the audit requirements for the compliances are met.
• Develop and maintain relationships with our platform providers (like AWS).
• Have periodic meetings to update them of our roadmap and requirements,
