Minimum Qualifications

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversight of the process to deliver month-end results, the forecast for the remainder of the year, and the budget for future years
• Performing variance analysis particularly for Net Interest Income to understand the key drivers of the results and presenting commentary to FP&A managers and line of business CFOs explaining changes from prior forecasts/budgets
• Helping design new reports and dashboards to efficiently deliver the financial results to senior management
• Enhancing controls and streamlining processes, introducing automation where possible

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Math, or other technical fields
• 7+ years of work experience, preferably in Financial Services in analytical roles such as Risk Management, Capital Markets, Pricing,

Job Description

Controller: Responsible for ensuring the overall integrity and accuracy of the financial statements and/or controls over the transaction life cycle. Performing critical reporting and controls functions for the organization, including oversight of legal entity, product financials and regulatory aspects of business activity. Controllers also provide this expertise to strategic and ongoing product and technology developments and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Financial Controller: primarily focused on ensuring the accuracy, integrity and timeliness of the Firm's books and records in compliance with US GAAP with an emphasis on general ledger, asset class, operating systems and infrastructure controls.

May include working with the business, legal and tax on acquisitions and simplification of legal structures; compliance with any capital adequacy, FX exposure, funding requirements and U.S or non U.S. external financial reporting requirements in partnership with External Reporting.

External Reporting Controller: oversees the completeness and accuracy of external reporting across the Firm, aggregates data, and prepares and reviews information used for the SEC and/or legal entity filings as required by U.S. and non U.S. regulators, including report specific information to the Federal Reserve Bank, OCC, FDIC and other regulatory agencies.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a high-paced business environment, as well as the following:

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) owns the end-to-end oversight of the P&L of the supported business. • Develop QA measures and processes around testing prep, execution and defects in an innovative manner to meet project needs
• Mitigate and triage issues that impact ad serving and the line of business campaigns
• Manage and facilitate the QA release and PRODUCTION release process, along with assistance to PROD Support & DEVOPS
• Work with cross-functional groups to support key projects as an Owned Media Subject matter expert
• Adhere and promote existing controls as well as optimize for an evolving digital landscape

Requirements:
• 4 year college degree, preferably in Information Systems, Business, Marketing or related-field
• 5 years’ experience in digital operations role leveraging technology to build, deploy, test and analyze digital campaigns. Experience with related technologies is helpful (PEGA, Tableau, Adobe, Salesforce)
• Expertise on testing Technology for Digital programs that include Omni-channel access as well as customer experience apart from regular functional testing
• Knowledge and understanding of general online business, advertising, and marketing principles
• Knowledge of Agile operating principals – experience operating in a sprint cycle
• Familiarity with SQL, HTML and Scripting
• Experience working in staged environments for both Development and QA
• Working knowledge of content management tools and experience with decision engines
• Experienced in marketing analytics and reporting.
• Proven ability to take initiative and influence others - achieving results in a matrix organization
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize based on changing requirements
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate, self-motivated, energetic, "can-do" attitude in a fast-moving environment.
