Chatmeter develops products that help large multi-location organizations understand and manage their online reputations from the local level up to the brand level. After joining our team, you’ll be working to enhance and scale our platform. We process millions of updates daily through our reactive Scala application built on top of Akka, Play Framework, and multiple database technologies. We have plenty of difficult engineering problems to solve. From pulling data and pushing massive amounts of data in real-time, to querying that data in aggregate for reporting, to intelligently identify insights through BI analysis and machine learning. After ramping up you’ll be working closely with product, management, and design to identify and solve real-world customer problems and business opportunities. You’ll become part of an extremely competent development team that is on a never-ending mission to improve our processes and products.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage one or more teams, overseeing a range of 4 to 16 direct reports.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings (1:1s) with team members, providing guidance, support, and feedback.

• Mentor and develop engineers at all experience levels, fostering their growth and increasing their productivity.

What you will do:
