Projects and areas of responsibility:
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand image and identity across all company materials
• Design a variety of assets including emails, landing pages, social media designs, content marketing assets, landing page designs, animations, digital ads, site graphics, iconography, illustration, etc.
• Work on multiple projects in parallel while staying organized and meeting deadlines
• Define and develop our brand narrative, style, and positioning
• Rapidly create sketches, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and effectively communicate your ideas

We measure success by outcomes, not output. The Senior Designer – Marketing will be successful by delivering high quality designs that directly contribute to the Marketing team accomplishing their team and overarching company objectives.
Your skills & traits:
• Designed and shipped a large portfolio of designs and assets that exceeded objectives and desired outcomes
• Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills
• Experience with or willingness to learn Webflow
• Experience in digital marketing and advertising
• Experience with user psychology and conversion optimization
• Ability to gather and solicit feedback and make decisions
• Can point to specific outcomes (and metrics) of designs and landing pages shipped
• Willingness to question own work and assumptions
• Intense curiosity
