We are looking for a Product Implementation Specialist (OneSync) with strong experience working directly with data systems (SIS, HR/Finance, AD/Azure/Google) to join our Educational Success team. The right candidate will have technical talent and be able to establish ongoing relationships with customers. This is a remote position, preferable living in Eastern or Central time zones.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Become an expert on ClassLink products that involve student enrollment data
• Install, configure, provide training and support our customers on select ClassLink products, specifically Onesync.
• Troubleshooting Windows Server 2016+, DNS, Basic Networking
• Maintain relationships with customers through excellent communication skills
• Serve as the product expert to support customer understanding and use of ClassLink products that involve student enrollment data
• Confidently conduct demonstrations of select ClassLink products
• Achieve successful implementations
• Attend conferences and engage with potential and current customers
• Present a professional image at all times to customers and partners

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Knowledge of student enrollment data and student information systems (SIS)
• Knowledge of Networking, Active Directory, Google WorkSpace, Azure Active Directory, SFTP
• Knowledge of Comma Seperated files
• Knowledge of K12 Ed-tech marketplace
• 3+ years of experience in a technical role
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Willingness to travel three to five times a year
• Superior communication and project management skills

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• 5+ years experience in a Technical School/District Leadership Role
• PowerShell Scripting and Other Scripting Languages
• Project Management Certification
• Master’s Degree

The Director of Government Affairs will implement a federal and multistate strategy to achieve ClassLinks’s legislative and political objectives. Candidates will have experience with responsible decision making and success in a complex Government Affairs function. The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated and clear reputation for excellence and integrity.

The successful candidate will deeply understand legislative, regulatory, and political processes including knowledge of the substantive public policy and business issues affecting a leading education technology company.

Key Responsibilities
• Research and understand state initiatives in all respective states
• Familiarize yourself with decision makers at the state level and how they are connected
• Leverage events to drive opportunities by preparing a plan beforehand, connecting during, and following up after events.
• Research and monitor government activities that could affect the organization’s business and clients.
• Assist senior management and leadership with strategic planning for known and potential regulatory activities related to the business and industry.
• Collaborate with industry advocates to build areas of common interest.
• Develop and implement effective advocacy strategies for education and technology priorities on the federal and state levels
• Manage outside consulting, lobbying and public relations resources to achieve legislative, regulatory, and reputational goals
• Represent ClassLink in meetings with state officials and partners as needed, which may be in person or virtual
• Collaborate with ClassLink executive leadership to execute effective government affairs strategies
• Confidently conduct demonstrations of ClassLink
• Help achieve ClassLink's sales targets

Candidate Qualifications
• 5+ years of relevant government affairs experience, with proven relationship and coalition building skills
• 5+ years in a senior consultative sales role
• Experience as a senior government affairs officer with a nationwide company or commercially oriented non-profit organization, preferred in education and technology
• Political relationship expertise, which may include federal or state legislators and education government agencies
• Demonstrated understanding of substantive policy issues in the education, technology, or privacy sectors
• Strong government contacts at local, state, and federal levels.
• Extensive knowledge of the Ed-tech Marketplace
• Unwavering passion to improve classroom learning and pedagogy
• Bachelor Degree required, Masters or post grad degree a plus
• Work from home and willingness to travel

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collaborate with team members to determine best practices and requirements for software
