You have at least 2 years experience. You either have a few years on the job experience under your belt or a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
You’re great at managing payroll for both W2 and 1099. You’re familiar with payroll and invoice management systems for managing full time employees and contractors.
You’re a pro at Excel. You know everything there is to know about spreadsheets, complex formulas, and how to present data well.
You’re analytical, methodical, and work with a high degree of accuracy. You are detail-oriented and care about the nitty gritty.

Things You Might Do
In your day-to-day work, here are some things you’ll be doing:
• Run the daily accounting operations of the company
• Manage payment and record processes for vendor bills, reimbursements, affiliates, and subcontractors
• Manage and record all credit card entries
• Ensure sales are being accurately imported into our ERP system
• Payroll Facilitator; carries out the payroll process and when necessary team member commissions
• Assist with contractor payments and processing through Tipalti
• Manage team member Divvy accounts and communications
• Liaison for the accounting team with the People Operations department to ensure proper communication and processes are followed
• Implement payment approval processes which includes monitoring of internal controls and management of documentation for external auditors
• Provide requested information to external CPAs as part of a financial statement audit
• Ensure that documents are properly filed in accordance with company policies
• Keeping invoices with proper approvals in a single place accessible when requested
• Collecting tax documents such as W9s from vendors for 1099 reporting
• Brainstorm and contribute new ideas to improve automation and efficiency to accounting processes to decrease costs
• Prepare and review month-end financial statements which may include
• Recording bank deposits/credit card transactions
• Recording monthly accrual entries, undeposited sales, inventory, deferred revenue, accounts receivable, and other financial statements related to month-end close
• Collecting invoices that come in after month end to record as accounts payable
• Work on other tasks as assigned by the CFO, Controller or Assistant Controller

• Assist with incoming and outgoing copyright & trademark enforcement, domain violations, and special case compliance issues from initial identification to successful resolution
• Respond, verify, and take action on data subject access requests as needed
• Communicate issues and pattern insight to company leadership to assist with assessment of program need
• Assist with contract management (review, ongoing management, processes) as requested
• Manage data privacy hotline and triage calls as appropriate
• Manage proxy inbox
• Respond to domain disputes
• Participate in internal user and affiliate audits and reviews
• Remain abreast of current regulations and provide updates to stakeholders
• Support and work closely with Senior Legal & Compliance Manager including, but not limited to administrative tasks, email/calendar management
• Communicate effectively with internal and external teams while maintaining the highest standard of confidentiality
• Efficiently respond to open tickets/inquiries and keep the queue under control.
• Respond and act on compliance reports in a timely fashion.

We are seeking a... full time Inventory & Logistics Specialist to work with our Marketing team. As an Inventory & Logistics Specialist, you will perform all aspects of coordinating all shipments, inventory and activities for companies under Etison, Marketing Secrets, and VRE Funnel Agency. Coordinate with Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to determine what products are to be purchased, identify the most appropriate supplier for the products. Establish and manage contracts with vendors and work with Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to maintain a purchasing forecast to ensure proper inventory is on hand.

You have at least 2 years experience in inventory management. You have demonstrable social media networking experience across all major platforms.
