• Work with Training and People teams to assign and follow up on/hold team members accountable for assigned trainings.
• Organize internal documentation and assist with setting up access rights to documents across the organization.
• Develop, manage, and track internal processes and organizational schemes within ClickUp for the legal department.
• Assist with identification and vetting of legal solutions providers.
• Conduct basic legal research on an as-needed basis.
• Perform other duties as they may be assigned.
Qualifications
• 2-5 years experience in legal/human resources.
• Familiarity with Legal and HR process management.
• San Diego based, or willingness to relocate to San Diego.
Desirable
• Mix of law firm and in-house experience.
• Paralegal certification is a plus, but not required.
• 1-2 years of HR background and experience in house or in-firm in paralegal or similar role.
