About the Role
The ClockShark General Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the ClockShark business, overall sales volume, market share, profitability, and client satisfaction.
As a member of the simPRO family of products, this role will report directly to simPRO's Chief Operating Officer but have primary responsibility for the ClockShark divisions' results.
What You'll Do
• Oversee the daily ClockShark business operations based in Chico, California.
• Actively work with the ClockShark leadership team to develop company strategy
• Meet Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) & quarterly budgets
• Research, develop and implement growth strategies for current and future ClockShark technologies
• Lead, train and provide mentorship to managers and staff
• Work with simPRO's Finance team to create and manage budgets
• Undergo strategic exercises to continually improve revenue
• Direct the hiring of employees across the various teams at ClockShark
• Evaluate individual and team performance and productivity
• Analyze accounting and financial data
• Generate reports and give presentations to simPRO leadership and/or board of directors.
• While actively promoting and representing ClockShark, identify opportunities, develop and maintain client relationships
What You'll Bring
• Five years of proven experience as General Manager of a business, division, or similar role
• Five years managing a SaaS or technology-driven organization, or division of a similar organization is a strong plus
• Understanding of business functions such as sales, finance, marketing, etc.
• Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar required
• High-level understanding and application of role-related learning and technology awareness
• Comfort working with Google Suite or Microsoft Office required
• Willingness to work full-time from the Chico, California ClockShark headquarters
