Administer and ensure integrity of the equity database (Equity Edge Online (“EEO”)), including the process and reconciliation of grants, exercises, new hires, terminations, cancellations, and audits
Coordinate with Finance, HR, Tax and Payroll teams, providing accurate and timely information regarding equity transactions
Maintain the employee mobility data and track the trailing tax liability for the international and domestic relocations
Provide regular communication to employees regarding equity programs, resolving questions, issues or concerns to support employee understanding of equity awards and company programs and policies
Prepare and own the distribution of various annual employee equity statements and employer equity filings
Assist with equity program education support and employee education
Provide information for financial statement disclosures and related employee taxes
Prepare monthly reconciliations between EEO and payroll, GL, etc.
Ensure SOX compliance and controls on all aspects of the equity plan including documentation, testing and audit support
Lead and assist with ad-hoc projects
We're excited about you if you have;
5+ years in stock plan administration experience at public and/or private companies
Experience with EEO and E*Trade brokerage platform
Experience with global equity plans, international equity management, and managing an equity administration system
Must be a dependable teammate, ready to collaborate with multiple cross-functional partners (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Legal, and external vendors)
Confident working with various levels of management and handling highly confidential data
Ability to resolve simple to complex issues related to equity programs and work independently and effectively
Ability to work in fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, efficiently prioritize tasks, and adhere to critical deadlines
Must demonstrate attention to detail, analytical abilities, and consistent follow-through, including project management skills
Advanced Google Workspace or Microsoft Office user

As a Stock Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day
administration of the company’s employee equity programs, including equity grants, cash-award releases, and more. You will partner with key stakeholders in the company’s Finance, Accounting, Legal and HR teams to answer employee inquiries, improve processes, implement controls and provide reporting as needed. You will also work directly with third-party vendors. This position will report directly to the Director of Corporate.
You will;
