Job Overview
The Quality Program Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining policies and procedures designed to achieve program goals and objectives; conducting studies and research projects to improve patient safety and quality outcomes; developing and implementing procedures for evaluating the achievement of quality standards; and providing consultative advice and guidance to staff and providers.
This individual will be Children’s Hospital Colorado Children’s Surgery Program Manager (CSPM) as outlined by the 2021 American College of Surgery (ACS) verification requirements. This includes work in collaboration with the ACS Pediatric Surgeon Champion, Medical Director of Children’s Surgery, Medical Director of Children’s Anesthesia and the Chief of Quality and Outcomes for the Children’s Center for Surgery. Duties will include and are not limited to: review of patient outcomes, implementation of quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with surgical team and ensuring appropriate documentation and oversight of ACS related activities.

Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Nursing, Healthcare, Business, or a directly related field.

• Prepares presentations and training materials for public education and awareness programs; delivers presentations at conferences, public meetings, and seminars.

Job Overview
The Quality Program Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining policies and procedures designed to achieve program goals and objectives; conducting studies and research projects to improve patient safety and quality outcomes; developing and implementing procedures for evaluating the achievement of quality standards; and providing consultative advice and guidance to staff and providers.
This individual will be Children’s Hospital Colorado Children’s Surgery Program Manager (CSPM) as outlined by the 2021 American College of Surgery (ACS) verification requirements. This includes work in collaboration with the ACS Pediatric Surgeon Champion, Medical Director of Children’s Surgery, Medical Director of Children’s Anesthesia and the Chief of Quality and Outcomes for the Children’s Center for Surgery. Duties will include and are not limited to: review of patient outcomes, implementation of quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with surgical team and ensuring appropriate documentation and oversight of ACS related activities.

We are looking for a professional Canvasser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, highly motivated and enjoy talking to people. A successful candidate will have previous experience canvassing and interacting with customers and potential clients, and will be able to quickly learn our software system and sales process. This position will offer a weekly salary plus be paid per lead that they bring in.
Responsibilities:
• Be in good physical health and fit enough to stand for 6–8 hours a day. Be able to speak on the phone.
• Be able to take rejection from strangers in person, over the phone and over the radio. Be reasonably good with computers, modern media and social networking.
• Experience in advocacy.
• Experience in community organizing.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,000.00 - $2,500.00 per week
