Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
College of DuPage seeks program support for the GenCyber program. This is a part-time, grant-funded opportunity, for support of the summer GenCyber student and teacher camps and year-round events. Please visit cod.edu/gencyber for more information.
Responsibilities include:
• Coordinate weekly summer camps including: room reservations for camps; food requisition through Sodexo and other vendors (snacks/lunch), required CEU paperwork for teachers and students, required paperwork for GenCyber staff.
• Coordinate with internal departments and the Institutional Team as needed to plan, implement, and accomplish GenCyber grant objectives. Communicate status updates to GenCyber team.
• Through a variety of mediums, recruit middle and high school teachers and students interested in various aspects of cybersecurity, including the distribution of fliers (paper and digital) and other on campus STEM events with secondary students. Track enrollment, registration and cancellations.
• In coordination with COD GenCyber team, provide oversight to site supervisor, student aides, youth aides, site monitor. Ensure all employees adhere to College and GenCyber requirements. Process payroll for GenCyber camps and other events throughout the year.
• Facilitate procurement process for GenCyber supplies and materials.

• Screen adjunct faculty syllabi; track adjunct faculty completion of roster verification midterm, final grades, and attendance.
• Review and assist with program budgets.

• Maintain accurate program records and assist with re-accreditation process.
• May review, communicate, and enforce content of affiliation agreements as appropriate.

Qualifications:
• Education
• Bachelor's degree, or combination of Associate's degree and work experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree required.
• Bachelor's degree in one of the above disciplines preferred.
• Experience
• Three (3) years experience working in one or more related disciplines or with similar responsibilities required.
• Strong verbal and written communications and active listening required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality required.

• Fashion History applicants must demonstrate prior fashion history instruction at the post-secondary level.
• Face-to-face instruction on campus is required.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Adjunct Faculty instructors at College of DuPage are responsible for course planning and instruction in classroom, lab, or clinical settings, courses may be conducted in various delivery modes, such as, face-to-face, on-line, hybrid and/or blended formats. In addition, adjunct faculty are responsible for student evaluation, and timely and accurate submission of required paperwork related to instruction.
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in the field or a combination of education, training, and tested experience is required.
• Fashion Merchandising and Entrepreneurship applicants must have fashion industry experience, demonstrate knowledge of current industry practices and a history of curricular and/or industry collaboration.
• Teaching experience required.
• Teaching experience in Higher Education preferred.
• Fashion History applicants must demonstrate prior fashion history instruction at the post-secondary level.
• Face-to-face instruction on campus is required.
• The ideal candidate will have a record of promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion in the classroom and department.
A plus:
• Ability to teach a range of courses across multiple fashion subjects.
• Awareness of current and emerging technology used in the fashion industry.
Connections to the current industry.
Ability to teach remotely with technology and experience in online or virtual teaching preferred. Access to personal technology, home computer with appropriate ability to teach online required.

• Business process analysis, major computer system implementations, and/or major analytical or research studies preferred.
