Who we're looking for
As a Customer Lifecycle Manager under the Strategic Marketing team, you will own the end-to-end CLM campaigns and will be responsible for the planning, execution and follow up of the CLM strategy for targeted cohorts and customer segments. You will be accountable for driving customer engagement, improving retention, and reducing user churn.
You are expected to provide data-driven insights for campaigns using the available customer engagement platforms and data analytic tools. For this role, you will be working closely with the rest of the Marketing team, and will provide support as needed to key stakeholders within the company such as Ops, Product, and Business Development teams.
What you'll do
As a Customer Lifecycle Manager, you will:
• Work with the rest of the Marketing team to deliver all CLM requirements, on-time and in full.
• Develop and run customer reachout campaigns, including, but not limited to, Push notifications, In App notifications, Emails, SMS, and app sliders.
• Monitor all ongoing CLM campaigns and ensure that messaging for campaigns remains relevant and up to date.
• Provide insight-driven recommendations to run new and/or optimize existing campaigns and customer journeys.
• Coordinate with the CLM service provider on a regular basis to ensure that usage is maximized and any issues encountered are resolved immediately
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure requirements and deadlines are met
• Perform other related duties and tasks as may be required from time to time
Who you are:
• At least 5 years of Marketing experience (brand, communications, strategic initiatives, etc.); preferably with an exposure to, or experience in, a customer lifecycle role
• Graduate of Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or any related course (or experience)
• Critical thinker and creative problem solver
• Strong analytical approach to campaign performance and optimization
• Proficient in Microsoft office, marketing automation platforms and CLM tools (e.g. Clevertap, Vero, etc.)
• Excellent command of English and Filipino, both verbal and written communication
