About the role – Country Manager

We are looking for an ambitious and self-motivated New Business Sales Person to drive new client/advertiser development. As a member of our growing USA team, you will play an important role in shaping and executing our GTM strategy for the region. This position is to be filled by an on-site person already based in the USA.

What you’ll do
• Prospect, qualify, and close new revenue-generating advertisers.
• Build new business pipeline and manage opportunities to achieve the strategic initiatives and revenue goal (gaming, non-gaming vertical).
• Manage contract negotiations and liaison with the legal and finance team.
• Fully understand market trends and advertiser’s marketing goals and track success metrics to help determine right solutions.
• Build, strengthen and up level relationships with new customers to evangelize 3.14 solutions.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive revenue growth with new customers.
• Attend key industry events to evangelize the 3.14 brand and our services and tech.

What you’ll need to succeed
• 7-10 years and above of sales experience in performance advertising.
• Deep experience within the mobile and programmatic advertising space.
• A track record of thought-leadership on industry trends and emerging technologies in this space.
• Proven track record on exceeding goals to close new revenue.
• Experience interfacing with customer’s leadership team-- VP and C-level connections.
• Great negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
• Team player and ability to adapt to a growing company.
• Critical thinking, curiosity towards online advertising and passionate about winning.
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Be willing to travel as needed
