You will also perform tasks such as reviewing client-provided content briefs for quality, commissioning content to our team of freelance writers and editors, and delivering completed content to clients' shared drives.

• Create topics/titles that speak to clients' target audience and fill gaps in published content
• Write thorough content briefs outlining the content, keywords, and unique instructions for writers to follow to produce outstanding content
• Track and report monthly SEO results, and adjust strategies accordingly
Content Commissioning and Delivery Process Management
• Review client-provided content guidelines for clarity, and to be sure they're error-free
• Commission projects in Compose.ly's SaaS platform, ensuring that clients' individual content cadence is being maintained, and record statuses, due dates, and charges on client-facing project management assets
• Download completed content from Compose.ly's SaaS platform, and upload to the clients' shared drives. Notify the Client Success team of deliveries so they can notify clients.
Client Communication
• Understand and articulate our solution sets and value propositions
• Participate in client meetings to discuss SEO and content goals
• Provide accurate and intuitive reporting on SEO results, including suggestions for keyword strategy adjustments
Cross-departmental Collaboration
• Work with Client Success team to manage scope and achieve deliverables
• Work with Marketing team to collaborate on and execute Compose.ly's own content marketing goals
What would make you stand out
• Experience in SEO content marketing
• Experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ink, Frase, or similar SEO content tools
