• Must have a NEBOSH Diploma
• IOSH or similar
• Must have NEBOSH Environmental Certificate
• Ideally 5 years' experience in a similar manufacturing industry
• Experienced in ISO45001 & ISO14001 management systems and standards
• Internal health & safety auditing experience
• Must have lots of knowledge in health & safety legislation, with the ability to put knowledge into practice in an operational manner
• Confident character - able to inductions and health & safety training

• Review all telecommunication requests for completeness and clarity, including funding authorization.

• Engage with and assist customer if a service request is incomplete or requirements are unclear.
• Develop service orders within configuration management databases such as MetaSolv (MSS), WWOLS-R, or other tool(s) in both unclassified and classified environments.
• Annotate appropriate status for items identified as Held in Abeyance (HIA) pending additional information or action on the part of another entity.
• Proactively work with external entities and resolve orders in HIA status.
Job Requirements:
Education & Experience
• Associates degree and 2+ years of experience in an Information Technology field is preferred
• Experience with one or more of the following: technical writing, helpdesk, information gathering, and network troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in one or more of the following: DSF, WWOLS-R, MSS, ITSM ticketing software, Smartsheet, circuit path routing / networking is preferred
Certifications
• CompTIA Security +, or Network+ Certification is desired
Security Clearance
• Must have an active Secret clearance
Other (Travel, Work Environment, DoD 8570 Requirements, Administrative Notes, etc.)
• Able to work in a shift work environment
• Travel isn't expected

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Manage Tier II Application Support service delivery

Certifications
