Tri-Cities Homebuyers is an established company looking to create new relationships with contractors with a variety of experience and knowledge. Depending on ability, these contractors will be responsible for executing a variety of projects to help bring homes to life and prepare for the sale of each property. Our experienced project managers will handle all the background work to determine the... repairs needed and the contractors will complete each repair and notify the PM of any additional concerns that may exist.

• Deck and Porch building
• Installation of kitchen cabinetry, countertop, sink and backsplash is desired
Also desirable skills:
• Window installation ,
• Siding - vinyl, wood etc and
• Gutter, soffit, fascia repair/restoration is desirable as well.
Requirements:
• Certificate of Liability Insurance
• TN State License
Expectations:
• Trustworthy and reliable
• Dedication to proper execution of all repairs
• Open communication with PM
• Time management - completion of projects should be timely and well executed
Contractors with all or part of the knowledge and experiences listed above and general knowledge of the trades mentioned above are encouraged to apply.

This position will be responsible for our strategy and relationship with our clients, ensuring the sales and... promotion of our products. Acquiring new and maintaining current customers will be part of your responsibilities, as well as understanding what they are looking for to achieve their short-and long-term expectations to ensure delivery of the best of our services.
You will serve as our client’s main point of contact, helping them to reach their goals and ensuring a continued, positive, and profitable relationship for both sides. We manufacture our products in our Alpharetta, GA and we will begin manufacturing in Lakeland, FL by the end of the year.
To be a successful Account Representative with us you will work with different segments:
Sales:
• Develop and maintain current product knowledge to present to customers.
• Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients within the production home building industry, remodelers, and home improvement.
• Responsible for overall sales of the assigned territory.
Customer Service:
• Ensure customers have adequate marketing materials to support sales, including samples, brochures, and other collateral supplies, such as display towers.
• Manage customer relationships by resolving client concerns, ensuring customers are set up in CRM System, providing price quotes, scheduling weekly visits, etc.
• Increase market share by elevating the number of displays and point-of-purchase materials within assigned territory.
• Attend marketing events and builder meetings as required.
Business Intelligence:
• Prepare action plans to identify specific targets and project the number of contracts to be made utilizing company provided sales tools as well as cold calling.
• Collaborate with Century Cabinets Corporate staff, Century Cabinets Center staff and other Sales Representatives as needed to accomplish goals.
• Works with General Manager, sales team, and marketing to execute business strategy for all customer segments in the area.
