We get hundreds of quality leads each day that doesn’t get the attention they deserve simply because we haven’t had the people to reach out and get the meetings.
In this role, you’ll be expected to:
• * Create an outbound sales strategy with us – reaching out to recruiting divisions from amazing growth tech start-ups that are changing the world!
• Test and learn the best outreach channels (email, phone, and social) and tools to reach decision-makers at those companies
• Generate and negotiate deals with those decision-makers
What your day-to-day will look like in this role:
• * Cold and warm outreach to recruiting divisions to fast tech start-ups in the US
• Create and nurture your pipeline in Salesforce and our own dashboard
• Generate offers and negotiates conditions according to our guidelines
• Help to define, coordinate and execute global and regional sales campaign
What you bring:
• * At least 2 years experience in SaaS sales is required
• Inbound/Outbound experience essential
• Clear & effective communicator – English is our primary language of communication (internally and externally)
• Desire to work in an evolving start-up environment
• Strength in navigating and comfortably selling to VP & C-Suite executives
