This individual will partner closely with the CMO and the marketing executive team to help enable success through the effective management of our key priorities and initiatives. Reports into: CMO

Team size: None currently, will indirectly manage (dotted line), and will eventually directly manage a team.
What to expect?
• Manage the organization's Fiscal year identified plan and strategic roadmap by initiative tracking, development and management of initiative reporting, building and managing the supporting processes for executive visibility and insights.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to support and elevate the CMO's effectiveness and efficiency.
• Develop and lead staff meetings, fiscal year planning sessions, and initiative reviews, inclusive of the tracking, reporting, and action follow-up. providing improved overall visibility across teams to drive deeper collaboration and ultimately performance.
• Help to identify and coordinate opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness throughout the marketing organization, and with cross-functional partners.
• Help to identify and execute initiatives that contribute to marketing's long-term operational excellence - helping to ensure key projects have clear milestones, outcomes criteria, and corresponding action plans.
• Manage and optimize the marketing organization's operating rhythms to help ensure understanding, drive collaboration, and help us achieve our goals and objectives.
• Work with the marketing executive team to understand and drive better informed decisions of trade-offs and effective prioritization.
• Manage high-impact, cross-functional programs and/or help in the execution of special programs/projects across marketing, and cross-functionally as deemed necessary by the CMO.
• Familiarity with Marketing best practices and advanced marketing operating models.
• Influential leader to drive the marketing organization and company forward in success.
What you need to be successful?
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in program and/or process management, corporate strategy, or marketing strategy and planning.
• 2+ years experience in driving and enabling change within marketing and/or creative organizations.
• Experience in the SaaS space is highly preferred.
• Ability to drive programs, initiatives, and frameworks in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Superb written and verbal communications skills across all communication mediums.
• Ability to develop simple, concise, and meaningful frameworks from sometimes complex and deeply complex concepts.
• Self-directed with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members at all levels across the organization, and especially the executive team.
• Bonus points for PMP certification, or other project management agile certifications.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related area; MBA a plus
