The ideal candidate for the Content Marketing Manager position will have a strong foundation in creating engaging content for both online and offline marketing strategies, while maintaining a strong, positive presence in the market. The individual must also be able to follow directions, maintain a strong work ethic, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
• Curate content and execute on the creation of various types of engaging content such as blog posts, case studies, e-books, magazine articles, and newsletters
• Attend SI events (primarily in Atlanta and Phoenix) and work with designers, media team, product marketers, AND sales and marketing team to obtain content to utilize in the creation of copy used across all media and platforms
• Plan and execute content-driven and lead generation digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing
• Monitor, analyze, and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) - including web and social media traffic, reach and engagement.
• Monitor, improve, and maintain a positive and impactful brand presence and reputation across all digital channels
• Analyze current media and industry trends to develop engaging marketing techniques that would raise customer engagement and attract potential clients
• Develop and manage a strategy and content calendar for podcast, working directly with SI’s CEO and guest speakers
• Build, execute, and develop social media campaigns aligned with ongoing and pipelined initiatives.
• Create and manage a content calendar that is also aligned to key ongoing and upcoming companywide campaigns, events, podcasts, workshops, etc
• Grow our subscriber base (email, blog, and podcast subscribers and social media followers)
• Recommend best practices and proactively recognize opportunities to reuse, repackage and optimize previous event or podcast content for use across all channels
Key Traits/Skills/Qualifications
• You have a sense of urgency that is second to none when it comes to getting work done and meeting deadlines, and you enjoy working across multiple teams and departments
• Strong understanding of lead generation and direct response marketing
• BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience
• 2-4 years of experience in producing online and offline marketing content
• Experience in developing and managing social media campaigns across channels such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram
• Understanding digital analytics and metrics and the tools to monitor, manage, and evaluate them
• Extensive knowledge of SEO/SEM and pay-per-click best practices
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
• Working knowledge of WordPress
• Strong written and oral communication skills and copywriting experience are required
• Knowledge of Marketo or NetSuite a plus
• Design knowledge a plus
Compensation
Compensation for this role is made up of a base salary plus performance-based incentives
