What impact will this role have at Conversocial?
• You will help build the connective tissue which allows us to power clients across a vertical at scale.
• As a Partner Engineer, you will get the opportunity to see the business impact of the solutions you build with our clients
• Scale our platform products by developing tools and documentation
• Influence the road map and product development of Conversocial products to meet client and partner business challenges
• Work closely with our strategic partners and clients to integrate with Conversocial’s platform products and ensure value creation
What does a typical workweek look like?
• Daily syncs with the team to review ongoing projects
• A handful of meetings with clients to plan their bot strategy or empower their agents through integrations
• Solo coding sessions to build out connections to client APIs or build platform features to help scale integrations
• Breaking down requirements for the core engineering team if new platform capabilities are required to deliver a client vision.
• Occasional planning sessions with Design & Product
• Scoping of deliverables and SOW writing
• Investigating channel updates and capabilities
• What will make someone successful in this role? *
• 3+ years of experience with Angular and Java
• Knowledge of the Web technology stack (for example HTTP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS)
• Experience with software design and architecture
• Experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer preferred
• Experience with REST APIs, OAuth2
• Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• A deep understanding of Messaging platforms (Apple Business Chat, WhatsApp, Messenger, etc.) will definitely accelerate your success and impact in the role
• Being entrepreneurial and impact focused- no challenge is too tricky for your creative problem solving skills

• Manager: Stephan Heyliger- Director of Partner Engineering
• Internal teams you will work with often: internally at Conversocial you will work heavily with the Professional Services team, the Customer Success team and the Product team. You will work externally with the client and partner technical teams.
