This position will help lead a growing team dedicated to providing financial support, resolving Billing inquires, Contract clarification, and continual maintenance around the Order-to-Cash process to our 100,000+ customers and growing sales force of nearly 1400. The Senior Manager, Finance Customer Contact Center will help support leadership on the continued design and development of an overall customer contact strategy that ensures compliance around existing SLAs and focus toward maintaining World-Class customer service to engage and retain our customers. This teammate will have heavy interaction with customers, Sales, Customer Service, Accounts Receivable, and other functional lanes of the business. Candidates must have strong customer service skills, ability to prioritize, exhibit leadership pedigree, and a proven problem-solving and analytical mindset. Candidates should also have deep experience in customer contact center leadership including both call center and case management ticketing systems. Additionally, the preferred candidate will have extensive knowledge on all aspects of customer interactions, analytical analysis, trouble-shooting existing gaps in processes, and offer process improvement strategies to gain efficiency and accuracy. Responsibilities: Lead a team of contact center specialists to deliver best in class service results Performance management for the team and spearhead change management Support the overall growth of the Business by further developing cross-departmental interactions assess Lead process improvement projects that focus on eliminating current bottlenecks; assess and develop opportunities for greater efficiency and reduced case load Develop, implement, and oversee Quality Assurance and Training programs Prioritize and delegate ad-hoc reporting Master current software applications to efficiently trouble-shoot failure points in standard processing requirements Broadly support strategic project tasks and take ownership Assist in the implementation of technology applications that support our growing customer base and sales team Compile and report on individual and team metrics Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; Business or Finance degree preferred Master of Business Administration degree preferred 10+ years of relevant work experience 5 + years of management experience in a high transactional environment required; management experience in a call center preferred Experience in high transactional call centers and case management tools Previous experience utilizing performance metrics Strong oral and written communication skills Proven experience using Oracle ERP Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Previous business process methodology experience; – Lean or Six Sigma experience preferred What’s in it for you? ABOUT THE ROLE
As Field Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a team of full-time photographers capturing photos and video that supports CoStar Group products. CoStar Group photographers provide high-quality photography, 3D virtual tours, drone imagery and video on commercial and residential properties as well as neighborhoods, parks, and schools to capture the features and highlights of each. CoStar Group customers rely on our team to offer content that drives real estate transactions. The Field Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring that photographers are always meeting both production and quality standards. Meeting deadlines for both external and internal clients is a critical part of your responsibilities. Working in the field with each of your photographers at least twice a month to ensure best practices are implemented and provide coaching and mentoring is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build, train, mentor, and coach a growing team of 8-10 professional field photographers
- Daily review of the teams production and adherence to company policy
- Spend quality time with local and regional team members to demonstrate best practice with media collection, postproduction, process optimization, and customer service
- Review incoming media and data to determine its quality relative to standards and guidelines
- Provide constructive and actionable feedback to team members to meet both production and quality expectations

As a CoStar Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for the testing and verification of software systems. QA Engineers utilize a combination of functional testing methods, automated testing tools and load testing tools.
