Journey Guides are also pillars of authentic, supportive healing within the broader community, outside of group sessions. This role is an opportunity to participate in an innovative approach to providing care, you won't find an experience like this anywhere else.

These will help you thrive in this position:
• Avid love of gaming (either table top or video games)
• Passion for and expertise (or developing expertise) in ACT
• Familiarity with DBT and Behavioral Activation, expertise a plus
• Ability and willingness to work with members remotely via live audio and message-based forum media
• Desire to maintain a full-time caseload (between 20 and 25 groups a week, about 25 to 30 hours a week), with the remainder of time for community activities, professional development, and team coordination

We are looking to expand our founding team with a Head of Community who has a strong background in community building and management, stakeholder outreach, and communications, and proven success in customer-facing roles.

Key responsibilities will include:
• Initial outreach to different stakeholders / audiences
• Messaging and value propositions tailored to specific audiences
• Community Management / Support
• Represent the Liquidity Club brand / Brand Ambassador
• Onboarding members to the Liquidity Club platform
• Engaging with members, encouraging interactions
• Content distribution and moderation
• Digital Engagement
• Building Trust with members
• Monitor and report engagement, feedback/sentiment, issues, requests, KPIs
• Recruitment of and coordination with room hosts

Useful Skills:
• Startup experience
• Venture Capital experience
• Previous community management experience
• PR know-how and social media savvy
• Being adaptable
• Soft skills - empathy, good listening and communication skills

We are looking for a highly motivated, ambitious, entrepreneur who will enthusiastically work with the existing team to understand requirements, take ownership of the tasks necessary to launch the club, and provide ongoing support and leadership to the community as it forms.

We want to be clear about the compensation for this position. You will be a member of the founding team and compensated comparable to the existing founders. There is no salary. This is an equity-only position. We anticipate sharing profits equitably once the club is fully operational.
