Key Responsibilities/Duties - what you will be doing
• Analyze and interpret people data to identify trends and insights related to talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
• Develop and maintain data models, reporting, and dashboards to track key metrics related to people data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and recommendations based on insights from data analysis.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies based on data analysis and data needs.
• Present findings and recommendations to various stakeholders, including executives and business leaders.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of people initiatives and make recommendations for adjustments as necessary.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across various systems and platforms.
• Train and mentor junior analysts on data analysis and reporting best practices.
Qualifications - what you need to perform the job
• Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis and reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends and insights related to talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data and insights to various stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Workday and data analysis tools and languages, such as SQL, R, Python, and Excel.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or similar.
• Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques and machine learning algorithms.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience mentoring and training junior analysts.
Working Condition Requirements (e.g., lifting, travel):
• Must be able to work under normal office conditions and work from home as required.
• Work may require simultaneous use of a telephone/headset and PC/keyboard and sitting for extended durations.
• May be required to work additional hours beyond standard work schedule.

Our company was founded 20 years ago and we are now replicating our model in two other States where we have plans for expansion. We're selectively recruiting physicians to join our team so we can strategically plan our expansion based on their specialties and interests.
