What are you responsible for...
• Serve as a product owner and evangelist for Crackle ad products
• Develop new ideas that grow market share, boost customer experience and drive growth on the Crackle web experience
• Define and prioritize product roadmap based on customer impact, business goals, and technical complexity, constantly iterating to drive innovation
• Decipher data analytics, customer feedback and design-driven insights to create clear plans, goals, and product requirements for each initiative
• Collaborate with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, QA, and third-party technology partners
• Manage day-to-day product management responsibilities including writing user stories, managing backlog priorities, and release management.
• Act as the subject matter expert for all things ad serving and ad tech on web, mobile, and connected television devices. Must have experience with SSAI, CSAI, RAF, Freewheel, Publica, and Spring serve.
• Identify product innovation opportunities aligned with market needs and business priorities and build supporting business cases.
• Liaise with key internal teams and stakeholders including engineering, design, and support teams, to ensure organizational support and buy-in.
• Work with sales, ad tech, and ad solutions teams, cultivating a strong, collaborative working environment.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years of consumer web product management experience
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful consumer-facing product from ideation to launch and beyond
• A solid foundation of SEO best practices for web experiences
• An entrepreneurial mindset ready to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Excellent communication skills - can convey technical concepts to non-technical people as well as turn non-technical requirements into technical specifications
• Excellent eye for UI/UX design as well as an understanding with the ability to create effective user flows
Nice to Have
• Experience in the streaming video industry
