• You have a true love for the local community. You seek and discover ways to work with our Fundraising Team and participate in essential events in the community to enhance brand awareness
• You are knowledgeable when it comes to computers and technology
• Flexible availability in line with our goals of providing best possible coverage to our customers. Varying schedules available to meet the needs of our customers and provide the best possible coverage.

What you’ll do:

As a Chat Associate on the Sales Demand Team, you’ll be on the front lines satisfying customers and charged with inspiring customer confidence by:
• Providing WOW experiences that support long-term customer loyalty & growth through your interactions with them on our website
• Proactively reach out to customers by phone or email to finalize payment or cart checkout
• Offering meaningful guidance on mock-up creation, product selection, and the overall services Swag.com provides through a live chat interface.
