Candidate ideally will be located in Colorado, Arizona or Headquarters (Minnesota).

This position reports to the Senior Director of Sales and will interact on a regular basis with sales, administration, customer service, and management staff. This position works cooperatively with others.

Responsibilities

· Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned markets.
• Coordinates the involvement of company employees, including support, service, marketing and management resources, in order to meet channel, partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.

· Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volumes and strategic objectives in assigned markets.

· Proactively develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones with partners.

· Drives adoption of company programs in assigned markets.

· Proactively recruits new qualifying partners.

· Maintain a real-time understanding of the competitive landscape and industry best practices.

· Meet or exceed quota expectations.

· Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

· Four-year college degree preferred.

· If no degree, four years of relevant experience may be substituted

· Minimum of 10 years technology-based sales experience. data/com, telecom, electrical, security, or IT Channel sales experience a plus with some end user sales experience preferred.

· Proven track record of sales excellence with consistent achievement of assigned objectives and quotas.

· Proven ability to develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth at assigned accounts.
• Professional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills that produce desired results.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external customers which includes coworkers, managers, customers, regulatory agencies and vendors.
• Capable of reading and interpreting information, such as reports, general correspondence and policy guidelines, with the ability to share with others as needed.
• Ability to use a computer and standard business and other work-related software with minimal instruction.
