• Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems, and cloud platforms.
• Experience with security tools such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and vulnerability scanners.

As part of our rapid growth we are looking for an experienced Sr. Systems Engineer with background and expertise in managing and supporting Corporate IT Systems to join our team!

We are looking for a Sr. Systems Engineer who has experience in Identity, Networking, Systems and Telephony engineering. In this position, you will partner with business users and other technology teams to support, grow, and implement Corporate IT systems and infrastructure, including products such as Okta, Google Workspace, Atlassian Product Suite (Jira, Confluence, ServiceDesk), Zendesk, Slack, Zoom, and other industry leading products.

As a member of the Corporate IT team, you will have the opportunity to create a seamless experience for Axonius’ end-users in multiple offices around the world, research and deploy new tools and services and just flat out solve hard problems.

Responsibilities:
• Provide subject matter expertise in Corporate systems and lead all technical aspects of engineering, maintenance, and management of the applications and solutions.
• Perform hands-on design, configuration, and troubleshooting of the in-office infrastructure, including Zoom conference room and networking equipment.
• Lead the design, management and administration of the Corporate IT systems, including educating technical team members and users.
• Provide expert support to our IT team members and Axonius employees on Zoom, Corporate IT systems and technology needs, and endpoint (Mac & Windows)
• Responsible for standard configuration, user administration, security, workflow, data management and integrations for applications such as Okta, Slack, Zendesk, Jira and Confluence
• Manage configuration of new SaaS systems in Okta to streamline delivery of services to the user community.
• Maintain proper version control and configuration of the office infrastructure (network, conferencing, etc)
• Work with key stakeholders on implementing new SaaS applications with SAML, provisioning, deprovisioning and proper security roles.
• Lead meetings and document agenda tasks / notes with various stakeholders, aid in translating business requirements into technical requirements.
• Create and track ticketing requests, answer technical and application configuration questions as needed.
• Assist in troubleshooting patch and release management issues with an understanding of third party software integrations.
• Identify and improve processes via automation.
• Create and maintain system design documentation
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to other employees as necessary.
• Participate in on-call rotation for off-hours support

Requirements:
• 6+ years of experience supporting Audio Visual Conferencing (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
• 6+ years of SaaS application administration and ownership of Enterprise IT applications and tools (example: Zendesk, Atlassian, Slack, Okta, Google, etc.)
• 4+ years of experience with Telephony products such as Zoom Phone, including the creation and management of Call Queues
• 4+ years of experience with Okta administration and configuring SAML, SSO, Automation, Provisioning, De-Provisioning of Accounts
• 4+ years of experience with scripting languages such as C#, Python, Powershell, etc
• Strong knowledge of PC/Mac operating systems, applications, networks, and hardware
• Experience administering Zoom conferencing and modernized user experience
• Background and 8+ years of experience in IT Service Desk operations
• Previously worked with auditors and internal cyber assurance teams to provide access certifications and reviews in an automated fashion
• Ability to create PowerShell or Python scripts to drive automation.
• Proven experience in creating automated processes
• Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Be able to perform all the tasks that we ask of the Service Desk technicians
• A willingness and ability to develop expertise in new technologies as needed.
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Be self-motivated, self-directed and customer service focused
• Ability to provide detailed Technical documentation is a must
• Must demonstrate strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Must demonstrate strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving skills with ability to apply new technologies, concepts, & functionality to solve problems and implement solutions.
• Must comprehend the relationship between company policies, business & technical processes, and procedures.
• US citizenship is required for consideration
• Availability to travel internationally when needed

Annual Pay Range
$140,000—$145,000 USD
