I am looking to connect and speak with IAM Engineers who not only build, design and implement IAM technologies, but really know how the technology works other than just implementation. My clients team solve complex technical problems with innovative solutions and deeply technical engineers succeed at this firm and will develop faster as you will be working with likeminded co-workers.
Why did I... take on this requirement from my client?
The organization already has indemnity in their environment but they do not have a dedicated IAM Engineer, so it’s pretty much greenfield and from my experience, this is what engineers want. You will need to be the engineer to build out what IAM should look like and my client needs someone who is very technical and understands the ins and outs of IAM and come up with solution for the company. It’s important that you have deployed systems, worked with developers and systems engineers and have experience in more than one OS, as my client operates Windows, Linux and Mac.
What really attracted me to take on this opportunity was the hiring manager wants an IAM Engineer who is on a path to be an architect. Why is this important? Opportunity! They want you to develop and grow, which tells me the HM is serious about this and will give you the opportunity to develop your career.
In addition to the above you will work with the GRC team to come up with policies. For example “how do we come up with policies that make sense for the business?”
In conclusion, if you are an experienced technologists with a passion and background in IAM design and implementation, I encourage you to apply and start a conversation with me.
