Our Producer Relationship Management (PRM) Team, is looking for an individual to support our farms and sustain our vision for a better milk future.

The Producer Relations Manager position entails building strategy, streamlining the communication, and enhancing the relationship with our Farmer Partners.

Responsibilities
• Support cross-functional, project teams to ensure they have strong, successful working relationships with our farmer partners
• Maintain extraordinary relationships between Danone NA and our farmer partners
• Serve as primary point of contact for Producer Partners in the region
• Single point of contact for concerns or inquiries
• Develop, follow, implement, and monitor productivity or efficiency project with farms
• Create network of farmer partners aligned with Danone KPIs
• Ensure delivery of milk quality, on-farm sustainability, cost performance, and service level for all farms in Danone’s partner network
• Be a subject matter expert for dairy innovation and dairy management
• Maintain the data within Danone Producer Manager software to ensure information is current and accurate
• * Contracts are current and accurate with legal team support
• Full documentation of action plans and follow up with farmer partners

The base compensation range for this position is $75,000-113,000 commensurate with experience. Danone North America additionally offers a performance-based bonus and has a strong benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug Coverage, 401k Plan, Wellness Program, Life Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement, Flexible Time Off, and Paid Parental Bonding Leave, among other benefit plan options. About You

Education and Experience (Requirements)
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Agriculture, Dairy Science, Business or other relevant discipline) OR Associate's degree with relevant work experience
• Direct experience working with or on a dairy farm
• Solid risk and stakeholder management experience
• Strong computer proficiency, Microsoft Office
• 3 or more years of work experience demonstrating the skills required for this position
• Ability to travel up to 30%

The Senior Sourcing Manager role is part of Danone’s regional procurement organization, who serves the Top and Bottom line of all Danone business units (BU) across US & Canada. In this role you will have a high level of connection with Planning, R&I, Marketing, Operations and Quality.

Your mission:

Continue to implement and enhance the existing Packaging strategy established for Follow Your Heart.
• See-through the implementation of sourcing projects
• Implement remaining identified opportunities spanning sustainability, cost savings & supply security.
• Identify new sustainability, cost savings & BCP opportunities, as the business continues to grow and develop.

Secure our equity
• Prepare and support the transformation of our business without supply chain disruptions
• Track and implement an improvement program on security of supply and supplier compliance
• Provide productivity ideas and implement these successfully

Be a true partner
• Maintain/build a strong supplier network and strategize key ‘Partners’ for our future
• Run an effective program to a support Danone’s mission and ambition at Top 2 Top level
• Be present and make sure our Partners are present in strategic business topics, like sustainability.
• Own & drive supplier relationship management

Be the custodian of efficient and effective processes
• Maintain high level of accuracy on prices in our systems
