Responsibilities:
• Ensures timely execution of month-end closing tasks in conjunction with the rest of the Accounting Team
• Prepaid and Accrual Schedules
• Payroll Reconciliation
• Corporate Card Reconciliation
• Fixed Assets
• Bank Reconciliation
• Prepares and posts journal entries; ensures proper supporting documentation and approval
• Works closely with key operational teams to monitor expense budgets including Engineering, Marketing, Product, Content, Sales, Analytics, and HR
• Analyzes and reconciles general ledger accounts; identify, research, and resolve any unreconciled items in a timely manner; communicating and escalating appropriately
• Manage Accounts Payable
• Reconcile and Issue 1099’s at Year End
• Onboard and manage vendor relationships via Tipalti
• Prepare payment batches for review by VP of Finance
• Contributes to the development and improvement of cross-functional processes that improve the efficiency and timeliness of financial reporting within the organization
• Supports external audit, tax, and bank requests
• Prepare schedules and supporting documentation for internal and external audit
• Other ad-hoc projects
• Intercompany process review
• R&D capitalization process review
Skills & Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or Business with an emphasis on Accounting, is preferred
• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Accounting, CPA is a plus
• Solid understanding of Accounting principles, practices, standards
• Highly detail-oriented, and strong organizational skills
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Working knowledge of Netsuite is a plus

Work with engineers to identify the optimal solutions to meet current and future strategic needs while keeping data vision roadmaps in mind.
Develop and execute A/B tests on the site in conjunction with the Web Product Owner, engineers, and analytics team.
Identify testing opportunities using test results analysis and other data touchpoints (user experience, analytics reporting, behavioral tools, etc.) then drive stakeholders to ideate about product opportunities and future test plans.
Define KPIs and metrics for tests as well as developing performance analysis that drives action. Ensure test results drive future optimization ideas.
Provide recurring performance reporting and postmortem test analysis to executives and stakeholders on a timely basis. Drive action, as needed, based on test results and that are aligned with the business mission.
Size and scope testing opportunities, which should include a business case, an execution plan, and stakeholder buy-in.
Skills and Qualifications
2+ years of product management experience or a relevant strategic role.
Solid understanding of how to grow products and experience running A/B tests.
