Purpose

The Open Access Advisers, who will be reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, will be representing all of ]u[ Ubiquity’s range of open access solutions (journals, partner presses and institutional repositories) in their allocated territory. • Coordinate with marketing colleagues for targeted campaigns.

• Hit realistic revenue targets.
• Provide customers’ feedback and market knowledge to Product Directors and Chief Commercial Officer for continuous improvement of our offering.

About You:
• Must have significant academic publishing or research library experience with a strong focus on open access.

• Sales experience desired.
• Strong communication skills in English are a must, both in writing, through remote communication tools and in-person, including confident presentation skills.

YOUR TASKS
• Achieve established sales revenue targets for new business
