Primary responsibilities include, working with insurance verifier for accuracy of breakdowns and entering information into the proper insurance area that calculates insurance allowances, and frequencies,prepares and submits electronic filing of insurance claims with narratives, xrays, perio charting, and any other additional information required for proper filing of a claim , following thru with insurance claims (aging), submissions to insurance for additional information, required by them and or appeals, provides team and patients with accurate insurance information, review of aging reports monthly, Recognizing various fee schedule allowances, submit to ins for an increase in fees, recognizes and makes necessary changes to the patients insurance in regards to exclusions, Posting of insurance checks with accuracy and bringing to the managers and Dr's attention any and all PROCESSING ERRORS OR DENIALS Ideal Candidate must be able to multitask, greet and register patients, correspond with patients and other dental specialists , or General Dentist, enter patient charges and collect patient payments at time of service, treatment planning of recommended treatment, handle a busy front desk and a busy phone system, complete other tasks and duties as assigned, and most importantprovide outstanding customer service to all of our patients in a friendly and professional manner Benefits This is a full time position approx.
