• Titrate chemical tanks on a timely basis and record titration results and make chemical additions
• Monitor wastewater flow and check pump operations.
• Maintain chemical inventory and proper dosing.
• Check levels in reservoirs and tanks.
• Manage sludge production and waste streams.
• Keep area clean and organized
• Generate weekly and monthly reports
• 6am-4pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

· Able to troubleshoot and repair mechanical devices without guidance.
· Knowledge of both simple hydraulics and pneumatics. Pumps, cylinders, valves, etc.
· Ability to use mig welder, oxy acetylene torch and plasma cutter.
· Ability to use all hand tools in both inch and metric.
· Knowledge of power transmission systems i.e. gear reducers, chains & sprockets, pulleys, etc.
· Ability to update maintenance records after the completion of each job.
· Knowledge of boilers and industrial flame controls a plus.
PLC knowledge for troubleshooting and minor programming.
· Performs preventive maintenance inspections and service on machines.
· Thoroughly cleans machines and machine parts, removing parts and reinstalling as necessary.
· Orders and installs replacement parts for machines.
· Identifies the causes of unexpected breakdowns of machines.
· Cleans, organizes, inventories, stocks, and otherwise maintains shop areas, parts, tools, and supplies.
· Coordinates with managers to schedule regular maintenance on machines.
· Collaborates with product manager or plant engineer regarding new products being added and modifications that will be required.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Mechanically inclined with great problem-solving skills.
· Works well independently and with others.
· Good communication skills.
· Organized with attention to detail.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience:
· 1 year or more experience in industrial maintenance is a plus.
· Some vocational or community college with related coursework or equivalent experience, preferred
