About the Team
The Sales Team enables small and medium businesses around the world to better do what they do best, to run more efficiently. The team interacts with businesses, understands their needs, and brainstorms on how Deskera can help businesses achieve their goals and objectives. Using a customer centric approach, you will interact with, and sign up new businesses by understanding their needs. You will work in a fast paced environment where you create your own success, and using your expertise, expand the Deskera brand. This role provides an opportunity to interact with the largest sector of the world's economy, and create an impact on hundreds of businesses
This is a sales opportunity based out of a home office, and we are open to remote work. Deskera's offices are in Boston and New York
What you'll do
Identify prospect businesses and manage the entire sales cyclePresent and demonstrate Deskera's features to prospectsDirect internal departments to ensure businesses can transition painlessly to DeskeraBe a trusted liaison for customers and understand how Deskera can help them with future business needsPromote Deskera at trade shows and conferencesTrack and analyze customer sentiment about the product and assist product team in feature development
What you need
2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably within the Accounting, CRM or other B2B SaaS verticalsExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsA strong track record of meeting and exceeding expectationsExperience managing the sales funnel and using CRM software, and a broad understanding of business technology needsA customer centric approach that helps you better connect with peopleAbility to understand, break down, and complete a task on time, regardless of the scale of the task Show more details...
