We are currently seeking a Part-Time... Front Desk Pro to be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our guests.
Responsibilities
• Greet and engage with guests, providing a friendly and enthusiastic welcome
• Provide detailed information about our membership tiers, park hours, pricing, promotions, and waiver policy
• Handle sales transactions and cash management
• Manage concessions orders and inventory
• Maintain cleanliness of the facility, including restrooms and front desk area
• Attend team meetings and training sessions regularly
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience handling cash transactions
• Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints
Compensation

The position offers a competitive pay starting from $11.50 per hour.
