What I need is someone who knows DialogFlow to sync calendars into DF and then have a dynamic conversation that automatically finds times close to the time of lead generation to book an appointment, and then follow up to book an appointment if there are no such times. I also need to set up appointment reminders.
The other piece of functionality I'm looking for is the ability to reply to anyone who responds to an add and wants to chat. I will be using ChatWoot for that.
I would like to see anyone interested in this job write up a scope.

We are looking for a Middle Dialogflow Developer to join our team, who will help us work on solutions and implement technologies that will improve user experience.
Responsibilities:
• Design, configuration, implementation, and support of IVR/ACD scripts, specifically a bot flow for Genesys Cloud Solutions
• Google Dialogflow ES/CX design, optimizations Voice Bot creations including
• Dialogflow bot registry, any media resource, digital resource integrations required, setup of any Genesys Intelligent Automation application servers
• Fuzzy matching configurations
• Webhook design and implementations
• Training requirements – material design, delivery of training
• Support to QA and UAT team to validate and correct test cases
Qualifications
• 3+ year's experience in Genesys Cloud CX (PureCloud) technology
• Genesys Could CX certification is a plus
• Genesys Dialog Engine/Genesys BOT experience is a strong plus
• Solid skills in Google Dialogflow
• Preferably Genesys Architect experience
