RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for monthly meeting quota as assigned by Management.
• Call and email prospects from Groups 1,2, and 3 to get meetings for Enterprise team.
• Find the right prospects in Group 3 through available databases, LinkedIn referrals.
• Quality and pursue leads from White Paper, Certificate Inspector and Discovery tool etc. downloads
• Track all calls and emails in CRM
• Evenly distribute meetings to Enterprise team based on rotation and availability
• Create Events in CRM with relevant meeting information

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in sales recruiting for corporate and agency/search firm experience, with a strong emphasis on recruiting for sales and sales leadership positions
• Minimum 2+ years of experience with project management
• Experience working in an HRIS system, preferably with ADP, Greenhouse, HireRight and/or other Global HR systems
• Proven success in sourcing and identifying top sales talent, and ability to build and maintain a strong network of candidates and referral sources
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and manage multiple recruiting projects simultaneously
• Excellent customer focus with the ability and desire to work with HR colleagues, hiring managers, candidates, and search firms in a thoughtful and personable way
• Ability to build deep domain expertise, understanding of business strategy and drive innovation with client groups and team.

DigiCert’s Technical Support team exhibits high energy, deep technical skills and a drive to get things done. We are looking for an energetic team-player with excellent organization, communication and technical skills to handle customer service inquiries concerning DigiCert's Security Services products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing customers with a world-class experience. This person will act as the primary point of contact for our customers and will work with DigiCert's product, engineering and marketing teams to share customer feedback to drive improvements. A Technical Support Analyst will be immersed in DigiCert's fast-paced environment and will be expected to proactively contribute suggestions about how to make our customers and DigiCert successful.

Responsibilities
• Deliver excellent customer service in order to resolve customer concerns and retain customers.
• Respond to incoming customer inquiries about Digicert products
• Provide superior customer service and build successful long-term relationships with external clients to ensure customer loyalty
• You may need to work with technical support engineers to resolve issues reported by customers.
• You will be communicating via support tickets, email, phone, and chat.
• Receive inbound customer emails/calls and place outbound follow up emails/calls during scheduled hours, providing an excellent customer experience at all times
• Achieve productivity related targets including support tickets processed, average response time, average time to close, etc.
• Actively contribute to Web self-help by using Knowledge Centered Support (KCS) principles
• Demonstrate ability to accurately gather information and document customer issues through the CRM tool
• Remain fully aware of the availability of all aspects of the SSL certificate products so that every opportunity to meet our customer's needs is taken.
• Arrive to work on time, have no unauthorized absences, and ensure accurate recording of time-sheet information.
• Achieve and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

JOB COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills And Experience)
• Preferred BS in Computer Science, related technical degree, or equivalent work experience
• Understanding of PKI, SSL, Codesigning, HTML, DNS, S/MIME, SMTP, and networking protocols are a plus
• Basic understanding of Internet principles, terminology and functionality.
• Familiarity with UNIX script commands, website/web server administration a strong plus.
• Certifications are a plus (i.e. CISSP, MCSE, CCNA).
• 0 - 2 years technical support or IT experience interfacing with external clients.
• Administrative Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Servers and Apache (OpenSSL). Linux and other Server administration knowledge a plus
• Basic understanding of networking protocols and devices, web servers and VPN.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

DigiCert’s mission is to create and support relationships of trust in the digital world. As part of that mission, we are committed to building a best-in-class data privacy program and are looking for Privacy Counsel to play an integral part in that effort. You will be DigiCert’s expert on data privacy regulations, compliance requirements and best practices around the world. You will advise the operations managers of our data privacy program and assess the compliance of the program with applicable law and standards and help identify gaps and areas for improvement. You will report to DigiCert’s Vice President/Associate General Counsel, Privacy & Employment.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strive for/maintain expertise in global data privacy law

Be aware of worldwide legal developments in data privacy and related areas

Research data privacy-related legal topics

Advise privacy program management on compliance requirements and best practices

Assess and benchmark DigiCert’s data privacy compliance efforts and recommend measures to improve program elements and remedy gaps

Inform and train management and other stakeholders on data privacy compliance requirements and related topics

Negotiate and draft customer and vendor privacy agreements

Train customer and vendor contracts personnel on dealing with contractual privacy terms and issues

Draft privacy notices and policies, training materials, memoranda, white papers, data sheets and other privacy-related documents

Respond to customer questionnaires and requests for information about DigiCert privacy compliance

Understand DigiCert products, technologies, customer relationships and internal processes to better understand and advise on data privacy matters

Advocate for privacy responsibility and Privacy by Design in DigiCert products and programs

Assist in responding to non-routine complaints and concerns raised by customers, regulators and other data subjects

Communicate with and respond to government regulators regarding privacy matters

Assist with formal privacy complaints and privacy litigation

Advise and train on data breach readiness and response, including drafting and helping implement policies and procedures and guiding tabletop exercises and simulations

Interface with and manage outside privacy counsel, consultants and auditors

Prepare data breach reports, as necessary, and provide communications and guidance on dealing with data incidents

Help promote and represent DigiCert data privacy interests in public and industry forums through drafting and commenting on articles, news items, social media posts, webinars, white papers, etc.

Perform other duties as required or assigned

At least 3-5 years’ experience in advising clients or managing in-house compliance efforts in at least one area of substantive legal expertise
