Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
This position will be responsible to help develop the criteria and drive the success of new suppliers in our DK+ programs, including Marketplace and Fulfilled by Digi-Key. They will work with various Digi-Key teams and utilize Digi-Key tools to proactively reach out to these new suppliers to ensure they are using best practice to grow their business with us.
This is not exclusively an essential onsite role, though may require some onsite attendance.
Must be able to…
• Be the point of contact for supplier once they have been on-boarded and have product available for sale. Proactively work with the supplier to ensure they are meeting KPI’s and utilizing all available features of the program.
• Create, monitor and report on Key Performance Metrics (KPI’s)
• Daily account monitoring: Making sure all listings are active, reviewing Supplier performance metrics.
• Product Detail Page optimization: Optimize, cleanup and maintain Digi-Key listings: Ensure each listing is searchable and clear to our customers. Review and optimize titles, descriptions, backend keywords, add more content (pics, video, text) to listings if needed. Work with internal teams as needed to explain issues clearly and what needs to be done to resolve them
• Supplier feedback management: Monitor and interact with Supplier regarding customer comments, work with Supplier on negative reviews to ensure there is a plan to improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Product forecasting
• Supplier Marketing Centers: Ensure seller pages are updated. Work with Supplier on new content, etc.
• Identify and promote Marketplace and Fulfilled by Digi-Key best practices, while adhering to Digi-Key standards, working with Marketing where appropriate as to not duplicate efforts.
• Provide feedback to Management including: Supplier performance reviews & potential Supplier incentive programs/initiatives
Other Typical Tasks May Also Include
• Partner with Marketing (as applicable) to assist with the development of Supplier specific Marketing programs/campaigns
• May participates on cross-functional working teams or tasks forces
• May test system updates and applications
• May participate in the creation of training & documentation of processes as well as the facilitation of training
• May travel - internationally and|or domestically - as needed

Minimum Essential Qualifications…
• High School degree plus 2-4 years industry experience with a focus on roles in key areas such as Sales, Purchasing or Pricing roles

• Demonstrates ability to utilize, understand, develop analytics and data.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products
• Some knowledge of eCommerce marketing

• Strong Partnership management.
• Must be able to learn quickly. Need to be able to change direction based on movement of program (still a moving target)

Position Overview
Order Fulfillment Specialists are responsible for a variety of tasks associated with maintaining Digi-Key's stock quality and integrity as well as processing and fulfilling customers' orders.
Responsibilities
Must be able to
Pick parts in an assigned zone, quickly and accurately using I-Pick Scanner
Prepackage product for bin/emergency stock
Inspect quality of the product before prepackaging
Assist with the migration of product as needed throughout the PDC
Perform packaging tasks which include: + Review pack lists to insure correct quantities + Verify correct parts have been picked + Box product and prepare for shipping
Cut tape and reel product into sale package quantities
Conduct inventory counts and update computer system to show correct quantity on hand
Assist in removal of obsolete and discontinued product
Analyze physical inventory records and resolve inventory count discrepancies
Identify and resolve any issues of mixed product in a storage location
Set stock and restock levels for storage locations
Conduct and complete inventory related projects as assigned
Perform tasks in multiple areas of the PDC

•Quality Audits – Participate as needed in quality audits that can include Internal Quality system/process audits as well as supplier quality system/process audits
•Quality Planning - A key member of the quality planning group for the Quality Department
•Perform process reviews, first article inspections, and witness testing at supplier facilities ensuring procured product meets specification requirements, process needs, and contractual requirements
•Resolve inspection and documentation issues associated with incoming purchased product
•Analyze data to identify trends, determine root cause and take corrective action with suppliers to ensure performance at expected quality levels •Manage risk associated with critical suppliers by developing and executing mitigation strategies
•Conduct technical interchange meetings with suppliers prior to start of procurement to ensure requirements are understood and can be met without limitation
•Facilitate continuous improvement of supplier capabilities and product performance
Other duties as assigned including but not limited to possible reallocation of efforts to other organizations per business need and management request.

Position Overview:
As a Resident Maintenance Technician, you will be expected to provide industrial Electrical/Mechanical expertise, and you will be part of a team that works to maximize equipment utilization and efficiency. The role will assist in the development and implementation of processes to maintain proper utilization and functionality. We require that you have advanced knowledge and that involves the exercise of discretion and judgment with regards to your teammates, time management and services provided as a part of your normal routine.
This position will focus on the application of knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automated equipment, including the knowledge of 480vac, 240vac, 120vac, and 48vdc, 24vdc, Industrial Communication Standards. You will be accountable to the existing Maintenance Shift Supervisor, Resident Site Supervisor and or Site Maintenance Manager and will work within a team of experienced technicians/engineers.
A majority of the job responsibilities will be focused on the KNAPP supplied automation in the PDCE Barzen facility. This position will service and support one of the largest installations of its kind in the world on the newest generation of automated fulfillment equipment, requiring a very high uptime rate.
Responsibilities:
• Rectify electro-mechanical faults as well as troubleshoot industrial automation issues. Provide expert knowledge and guidance on this subject matter to all assigned areas of assistance; throughout all activities maintain focused on safety
• Provide experience and expertise in the installation of conveyor and precision automation equipment
• Provide first class support on operation and maintenance of installed automated storage and retrieval systems, and storage and picking systems
• Quickly and diligently respond, track, record and triage any problems or emergency calls and requests
• Provide emergency breakdown and specialized maintenance service support; work against timelines to complete reactive repairs
• Provide first-class response to customer inquiries and requests, in conjunction with the customers on-site maintenance department, ensuring, as far as reasonably practical, to do the job right the first time
• Set up and calibrate precision automation equipment
• Create strong effective working relationships with within Digi-Key to enable them to provide first-class service

Position Overview:
As a Resident Maintenance Technician, you will be expected to provide industrial Electrical/Mechanical expertise, and you will be part of a team that works to maximize equipment utilization and efficiency. The role will assist in the development and implementation of processes to maintain proper utilization and functionality. We require that you have advanced knowledge and that involves the exercise of discretion and judgment with regards to your teammates, time management and services provided as a part of your normal routine.
This position will focus on the application of knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automated equipment, including the knowledge of 480vac, 240vac, 120vac, and 48vdc, 24vdc, Industrial Communication Standards. You will be accountable to the existing Maintenance Shift Supervisor, Resident Site Supervisor and or Site Maintenance Manager and will work within a team of experienced technicians/engineers.
A majority of the job responsibilities will be focused on the KNAPP supplied automation in the PDCE Barzen facility. This position will service and support one of the largest installations of its kind in the world on the newest generation of automated fulfillment equipment, requiring a very high uptime rate.
Responsibilities:
• Rectify electro-mechanical faults as well as troubleshoot industrial automation issues. Provide expert knowledge and guidance on this subject matter to all assigned areas of assistance; throughout all activities maintain focused on safety
• Provide experience and expertise in the installation of conveyor and precision automation equipment
• Provide first class support on operation and maintenance of installed automated storage and retrieval systems, and storage and picking systems
• Quickly and diligently respond, track, record and triage any problems or emergency calls and requests
• Provide emergency breakdown and specialized maintenance service support; work against timelines to complete reactive repairs
• Provide first-class response to customer inquiries and requests, in conjunction with the customers on-site maintenance department, ensuring, as far as reasonably practical, to do the job right the first time
• Set up and calibrate precision automation equipment
• Create strong effective working relationships with within Digi-Key to enable them to provide first-class service
• Meet performance expectations specific to expected output, speed of response, quality of repair, and standards of workmanship.
• Provide training pertaining to the overall system to Digi-Key employees as required
• Maintain quality of service by ensuring clear and precise quality communications with customers
• Ensure reports and documentation are well written (e.g. complete/thorough, legible, understandable) via tablets, with all correct job numbers entered, and presented to Shift Supervisor on biweekly basis for review and approval
• Execute site quality, safety, and any statutory procedures
• Utilize appropriate health & safety considerations regarding given tasks; carry out risk assessments
• Meet regularly with the Maintenance Shift Supervisor or Resident Site Manager or Site Maintenance Manager to discuss activities, progress and performance
• Log all spare parts usage issues appropriately and promptly with the customer and Knapp spare parts team or CMMS if available

Position Overview
Responsible for the daily production of the PDC. Monitor PDC daily production ensuring goals are attained. Mentor, coach, and train supervisory staff. Participate in the development and/or assist with implementation of PDC continuous improvement projects.
Responsibilities
Must be able to…
• Work closely with PDC Management to implement the daily throughput projections to insure customers’ expectations are met and exceeded
• Develop a strong working relationship with PDC managers, supervisors, employees and other departments within Digi Key
• Manage PDC time off ensuring adequate staffing for daily production and special projects
• Work closely with managers/supervisors to complete unfinished tasks
• Expanded knowledge of PDC functions, leadership, and Digi-Key business needs
• Assist in establishing and implementing work performance standards
• Work closely with the Product Distribution Center management team to evaluate, develop, and implement continuous improvements
• Administrative duties as required
• Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned

Minimum/Essential Qualifications
Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Proven leadership skills and ability to lead by example
• Excellent problem solving skills and ability to implement solutions
• Ability to set goals and attain them
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good attendance
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently, as well as team member, and manage multiple concurrent tasks

• Ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist and arm motion
• Ability to sit in front of a computer for a minimum of two hours before taking breaks or lunches
