Job Summary:

Major Responsibilities:

Develops and/or improves customer user experiences at various points of our customer life cycle.

Leads user experience design projects to ensure cohesive user experiences throughout customers journeys.

Leads the creation of prototypes, user research, and the translation of research and business requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity user interface mockups.

Leads UX design project with agencies to develop prototypes, socialize and execute on user research, and effectively translate research and business requirements for agencies to develop user flows, wireframes, and high–fidelity user interface mockups.

Partners with brand partners to create digital experiences based within our brand guidelines.

Partners with front end and backend developers to translate interactive prototypes into code.

Creates responsive designs that work everywhere.

Monitors the competitive landscape to understand customer expectations and to spot opportunities for innovation.

Responsible for monitoring our digital properties health and leading maintenance activities to improve the customer experience.

Continuously works to identify opportunities to improve the customers experience by leveraging research, data and customer feedback.

Identifies and resolves risks and vulnerabilities detected in the digital environment through working with technology, legal and compliance partners to make sure critical requirements are met.

Effectively leads collaboration across teams; not just gathering business requirements but support in defining them.

Analyze VOC and customer response data to the various customer journeys, report on KPIs and continuously evolve usability to open our doors to everyone.

Qualifications:At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:

Bachelors in Marketing, Graphic Design, Business

6 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Business Strategy, and/or User Experience. Design project management across mobile applications and web platforms

In Lieu of Education:

8 years of experience with Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Business Strategy, Web and/or User Experience or related field.
