Your New Role

The Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Manager executes the vision and overseas the staff responsible for ensuring that the critical systems exceed the performance and reliability of Warner Brothers Discovery Sports Technology production systems. The SRE Manager serves as a champion of service reliability and availability, automation, capacity management and monitoring. The SRE Manager will leverage quantitative, and operations engineering techniques to measure success and will function as the catalyst for promoting change and process improvements across the various sports platforms. The SRE Manager is also responsible for production security monitoring and remediation. Collaboration is key as you will work directly with the WBD DevOps team to partner and prioritize initiatives while focusing your attention on production systems.

Your Role Accountabilities

Scale up and mature a team of Site Reliability Engineers

Build strategy and roadmap to drive reliability across the WBD Sports Ecosystem

Collaborate with stakeholders across infrastructure, engineering, and security on initiatives to drive on production stability and reliably in a secure manner

Drive end to end resolution of production incidents including root cause analysis (RCA) with followed up remediation and prevention plans.

Partner with engineering and product to establish SLOs/SLAs for sports production systems which can be measured and tuned as appropriate.

Drive ongoing application service reliability by developing and enabling metric visibility using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and system/component level SLAs/SLOs

Direct partnership with the DevOps team to leverage, establish and execute on best practices

Direct partnership with the WBD security team to monitor, isolate and remediate security issues and vectors.

Build and execute vision to implement tools for monitoring proper/efficient deployments

Drive on automation and maintain our AWS infrastructure via Infrastructure as Code (IAC)

Partner with Application Development teams to build resilience into net-new and existing systems.

Collaborate with engineering teams to streamline and automate development, build, and deployment of our services

Triage production issues in collaboration with engineering teams

Participate in on-call rotations, project planning, code review, and technical design

Identify and effectively communicate opportunities for improvement both within the team and external teams

Design and evangelize SRE best practices for continuous improvements

Evangelize needed change

Qualifications & Experience

Solid Linux & networking fundamentals

Knowledge/Ability in at least one or more general purpose languages: Java, Python, Ruby, Go, C# or JavaScript

IAC experience preferred. Specifically Terraform or CloudFormation (Chef or Ansible also helpful)

5+ experience with two or more of the following: web application development, Linux administration, networking, cloud security, systems architecture, test automation, and/or database administration

Experience troubleshooting and developing highly available systems that utilize load balancing, horizontal scalability, and high availability

Working knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps

Your New Role…

WBD Data & Artificial Intelligence organization is looking to hire a Principle Data Engineering who will be contributing to a team of highly motivated data engineers and analytics engineers to build data products and tools to solve various data-driven use cases for WBD ad products and ad sales globally. You will be helping scientists, analytics, product managers, and machine learning engineers perform their functions by building highly scalable capabilities across the platform.

This individual will bring in his/her expertise in a wide variety of big data processing frameworks (both open source and proprietary), large-scale database systems (OLAP and OLTP), stream data processing, API development, machine learning engineering, and cloud automation to improve ad experience and revenue.

Responsibilities…
• Hire Data Engineers, Architects, and Analytics Engineers to build and maintain various data products and tools.
• Lead and mentor one or more data engineering team(s), make them productive, keep them stay focused and motivated in an intense and demanding environment.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to build a functional platform in an agile fashion – requirements may come from an internal or external stakeholders.
• Work closely with higher management, various stakeholders to prioritize the requirements.
• Work closely with your team to architect and implement various capabilities and data products which include data marts, data integration with Ad Server and/or other DMPs, custom integration.
• Work closely with various Ad Tech teams to roll out data product initiatives.
• Work with data science team to operationalize models and enable various short term and long term AVOD initiatives.
• Present platform architecture, roadmap, plans, status, and risk to various stakeholders including higher management.
• Build capabilities in the platform to make data engineering and science functions more productive.
• Champion security and governance and make sure data engineering team following all the company guidelines while delivering data products.

Experience & Qualifications…
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar discipline
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering

Affiliate Support Specialist

Our Team
The US Affiliate Team is responsible for distributing WBD's entire US network portfolio, including Discovery Channel, HBO, TNT, CNN, TBS, HGTV, TLC, and Food Network. The group is also responsible for partner relationships in Canada and works with global teams as necessary.

The Role
Selected candidate will have primary responsibility for supporting the Operations, Distribution and Marketing teams in maintaining accurate customer lifecycle data, providing affiliate technical support, and fulfilling standard and ad hoc data requests.

Responsibilities:

1. Process new launches and signal authorization. This includes but is not limited to working with customers and internal teams to verify and input accurate information for new and existing affiliate network services.
2. Generate analytical reports from internal and external data sources including SNL Kagan. Deliverables include but are not limited to sales reports, subscriber market distribution analysis and signal distribution.
3. Complete month end close tasks by due date with a high level of accuracy, to support reconciliation of subscriber launch, billing and signal data.
4. Research and complete affiliate change requests from Sales Compliance related to acquisition and divestiture, service levels, launch data, etc.
5. Special projects - support special projects such as network satellite realignments.
6. Manage group email account and handle affiliate calls and technical inquiries daily.
7. Maintain data integrity by identifying and correcting customer information discrepancies.

Requirements:
• This person must have the savvy, drive, energy and commitment to drive new revenue
• Strong analytical, written and verbal skills are required.
• 2 + years professional experience with data analysis required.
• Candidate must be articulate, extremely detail-oriented, strong organizational skills, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Position Summary

Responsibilities
• Serve as an internal subject matter expert on Access Management
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create product requirements pertaining to access management

The Job

As the Sr Manager, Global Marketing Analytics Engineering you are a visionary and experienced leader tasked with developing scalable end-to-end marketing data and analytics solutions, supporting global marketing teams. Your goal is to champion data-driven storytelling and create a self-service environment for marketers to understand the effectiveness of their marketing efforts. The Manager - Data Center Infrastructure is responsible for the design and installation of cabling systems and information technology (IT), audio/visual (AV), and television (TV) equipment in racks, control rooms and commercial office spaces.

Your Role Accountabilities…
• Works closely with the IT network, server, storage, telecom, AV, production, post production, broadcast and transmission engineering groups to develop plans for new electronic equipment deployments and upgrades.

The Job

Warner Bros Discovery seeks a Campaign Management Coordinator for the Marketing Operations department. The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing the creation and delivery of thousands of assets per year that will be distributed to the HBO and HBO Max service as well as social and paid media and off-channel advertising. Working with internal producers, as well as outside agencies and vendors, the coordinator is directly responsible for managing the end to end process for all assets. In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $65,800.00 - $122,200.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
