Job Duties And Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Representative, you will serve as an information resource for billing, programming, and technical troubleshooting questions – including promoting products and services to our new and existing customers so they get the most value and enjoyment from their DISH experience. You will be providing solutions to customers, from simple concerns to escalated and complex situations. If you like to solve problems and interact with people from across the country or maybe just a few towns over, this is the spot for you!
In this role, you will:
• Always have at least 2 days off in a row
• Support customers between the hours of 6 AM to 10 PM MT
• Two shift structures: 8 hour shifts 5 days a week, or 10 hour shifts 4 days a week
• Have open availability including weekends and holidays, that allows for potential schedule change every 12-15 weeks based on business needs
• Take back-to-back tech support or customer service phone calls with customers throughout the entirety of your shift
• Engage with a diverse consumer base to provide solutions for customer needs and technical issues

Skills, Experience And Requirements
Ideal representatives have:
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience and/or training
• An openness to being coachable and a desire to learn new techniques
All representatives must have:
• Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal to no distractions
• Ability to be on camera during all video meetings
• Superb attendance
• Open availability to work between the hours of 6 AM to 10 PM MT as well as weekends and holidays
• Flexibility with schedule changes every 12-15 weeks

In this role, you will:
• Install and manage customer products, while creating opportunities to sell them on new personalized technology
• Work autonomously to upsell and offer smart home solutions to customers on a daily basis
• Relocate power and place mounts, satellite dishes, televisions, routers, cameras, receivers and whole-home connectivity technology in customer homes
• Conduct site surveys and in-person home assessments
What skills and experience do you need?
Ideal technicians have:

As a 5G ORAN Field Engineer, you’ll be out in the field keeping our facilities and equipment in top form by maintaining multiple locations in your assigned area. You will be in charge of post construction checks, Single Site verification, commissioning, site acceptance, testing and maintaining cell sites and edge and local data center installations. Responsibilities include regular maintenance, keeping inventories, and doing audits as well. You will also be evaluating our network coverage and finding ways to make it even better.
Activities to be performed include:
• Support and deploy as needed a CU-CP and CU-UP Network Function using VMWare Telco Cloud Automation Platform and will run test and troubleshoot if remote config file push fails
• Support and deploy as needed a DU Network Function using VMWare Telco Cloud Automation Platform They will run test and troubleshoot if remote config file push fails
• Responsible for configuring the CSR at the sites
• In charge of cabinet inspection to ensure there is no post-construction issue on the site
• Validating the breaker placement, GPS cable is connected, and backhaul fiber is connected
• Verify power and other site configuration and validate the GC COP to ensure site is ready for commissioning
• Verify antenna positions to confirm azimuth and abnormal tilts, color placements, etc.
• FE will be responsible for single site verification to ensure there is no VSWR/ PIM/ RET/ swap issue using EXFO tool
• FE will ensure fiber connection are configured correctly at the site and at the LDC. Also, test it using the EXFO, OTDR, Fiberscope tool
• Verify for any faulty radios through manual checks, EXFO and once site is configured on EMS
• FE will work closely with the microwave and transport expert in the market to triage and troubleshoot the problems during integration, commissioning and post launch as needed
• FE will be responsible for all site maintenance/ network alarm solution and fix
• FE will be working closely with RF and construction war room team to triage and troubleshoot any network functionality issues during construction, post construction and commissioning phase of work
Skills, Experience And Requirements
• At least 3-5 years current experience in a telecommunications role with direct experience with RAN, 4G LTE cell site troubleshooting and testing experience
• Familiar with testing protocols to include transport, RF, and full base-station turn-up, commissioning, and validation testing
• Experience troubleshooting antenna systems from transmitter to antenna using tools like a spectrum analyzer
• Performing optimization, troubleshooting, and maintenance of base station equipment, radio transmitters, and Fiber network gear and test equipment
• Testing the fiber network and integrating network hardware to bring new products on-air and improve customer experience
• Evaluating network coverage to find gaps, making recommendations to improve coverage, and helping to implement those recommendations
• Expertise in PIM/VSWR/MIMO/RET including knowledge of fiber and LTE remote radio heads
• Experience with Lucent, Motorola, Nokia, Samsung, or Ericsson, base station equipment with LTE or CDMA technology.
• Telecom experience such as T1, DACS, or OMP
• Experience with dark and lit fiber testing using equipment such as OTDR, fiberscope
• Electronics training in telecommunications, two-way radio, paging, or microwave radio
• Computer support experience, including troubleshooting PC hardware and configurations
• Experience with DC power distribution systems such as Galaxy, Alpha or Lorain
• Training in data communications, digital communications, operating systems and applications, computer support, scripting, and project management preferred
• Travel required – Up to 75%
• Ability to read technical drawings such as as-builts, construction drawings, and MOP’s
• Ability to stand for long periods of time on ladders, lift over 70 lbs. at times, crawl into small spaces, work in all climates and remain within the individual weight requirement of 335 lbs

Job Duties and Responsibilities
This position will require frequent travel througout the midwest region of the US to cover our sites within the following:
Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, Iowa, Western Illinois, and Eastern South Dakota
Position Summary: The Field Engineer (FE) level 1 is responsible for the Local Receive Facility (LRF). This includes hands on support to all teams that have equipment that make up the LRF. The Engineer will be assigned a specific
region, however, they may be required to cover across any site. The FE is required to support and be available 24 x 7 x 365 except when on Personal Time Off.
Responsibilities:
• Full knowledge of LRF systems, and how system relates to the uplink systems.
• Takes action based on experience and knowledge of Field Engineering procedures, with regard to the
potential effects on other areas.
• Provide on call support through department on call rotation.
• Maintains a specific self-development plan and proactively drives development plan through
supervisor.
• Performs complex tasks and projects with the Field Engineering department’s overall goals and
objectives in mind, while keeping other areas informed on potential effects to them.
Daily Tasks
• Write Statement of Work to solicit bids from contractors, and verify completed work against.
Examples may include, but are not limited to, work completed by a local electrician, tower company,
data centers and UPS vendors.
• Work with Dish team members and providers to resolve issues that impact service offerings.
• Responsible to ensure optimum performance of Dish LRF equipment. This may include system
optimization, installation, replacement, modification and preventative maintenance of Dish, HVAC,
and UPS systems.
• Evaluate potential LRF colocation facilities to ensure a cost-effective solution, signal collection
optimization, facility support, Telco supportability, and support systems.
• Develop and maintain detailed As-Built records for each LRF. Each must be updated on a yearly basis
at minimum, and are stored on the core data repository. These records include, but are not limited
to, matrices, current system site photos, antenna infrastructure, Telco runs, access data, site
inventories, local contact information, local contractor contacts, HVAC systems, RF runs, archive data
and other miscellaneous documentation supporting the needs of other departments.
• Monitor and document the RF collected at the LRF. Documentation is to be maintained both locally
and on the core data repository. Documentation will include RF levels, MER, and Analyzer screen
shots.
• Learn and utilize Dish support tools: service database, ticketing, inventory, and dispatch systems.
• Develop the planning and documentation to be used for system changes and equipment shipments.
• Request equipment deliveries that meet the most cost-effective shipping solution.
• Plan and manage time to meet the requirements of the position, and prioritize work to efficiently use time and resources.
• Responsible for the awareness and basic understanding of capital expenditures and financial impacts
to the company. The FE needs to determine the most cost effective utilization of company
resources.
• Participate as a team member, communicating effectively in both a written and oral manner and
establishing a personal support network.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
• Education - BA/BS preferred.
• Experience - RF collection and processing,working with television reception via antenna over the air, network cabling and rudimentary understanding of IP networking.
• Time management/Self management skills.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
This position will require frequent travel througout the midwest region of the US to cover our sites within the following:
Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, Iowa, Western Illinois, and Eastern South Dakota
Position Summary: The Field Engineer (FE) level 1 is responsible for the Local Receive Facility (LRF). This includes hands on support to all teams that have equipment that make up the LRF. The Engineer will be assigned a specific
region, however, they may be required to cover across any site. The FE is required to support and be available 24 x 7 x 365 except when on Personal Time Off.
Responsibilities:
• Full knowledge of LRF systems, and how system relates to the uplink systems.
• Takes action based on experience and knowledge of Field Engineering procedures, with regard to the
potential effects on other areas.
• Provide on call support through department on call rotation.
• Maintains a specific self-development plan and proactively drives development plan through
supervisor.
• Performs complex tasks and projects with the Field Engineering department’s overall goals and
objectives in mind, while keeping other areas informed on potential effects to them.
Daily Tasks
• Write Statement of Work to solicit bids from contractors, and verify completed work against.
Examples may include, but are not limited to, work completed by a local electrician, tower company,
data centers and UPS vendors.
• Work with Dish team members and providers to resolve issues that impact service offerings.
• Responsible to ensure optimum performance of Dish LRF equipment. This may include system
optimization, installation, replacement, modification and preventative maintenance of Dish, HVAC,
and UPS systems.
• Evaluate potential LRF colocation facilities to ensure a cost-effective solution, signal collection
optimization, facility support, Telco supportability, and support systems.
• Develop and maintain detailed As-Built records for each LRF. Each must be updated on a yearly basis
at minimum, and are stored on the core data repository. These records include, but are not limited
to, matrices, current system site photos, antenna infrastructure, Telco runs, access data, site
inventories, local contact information, local contractor contacts, HVAC systems, RF runs, archive data
and other miscellaneous documentation supporting the needs of other departments.
• Monitor and document the RF collected at the LRF. Documentation is to be maintained both locally
and on the core data repository. Documentation will include RF levels, MER, and Analyzer screen
shots.
• Learn and utilize Dish support tools: service database, ticketing, inventory, and dispatch systems.
• Develop the planning and documentation to be used for system changes and equipment shipments.
• Request equipment deliveries that meet the most cost-effective shipping solution.
• Plan and manage time to meet the requirements of the position, and prioritize work to efficiently use time and resources.
• Responsible for the awareness and basic understanding of capital expenditures and financial impacts
to the company. The FE needs to determine the most cost effective utilization of company
resources.
• Participate as a team member, communicating effectively in both a written and oral manner and
establishing a personal support network.

Job Duties And Responsibilities
Build on our cloud hybrid network of hundreds of AWS accounts, brick & mortar locations, and vendor extranets using very resilient direct connectivity and the latest AWS network transit services in our efforts to adopt cloud-first as a solution philosophy for our myriad of applications both for our many internal teams and for our millions of customers.
Join our team of highly accomplished technical professionals implementing the latest in technologies ranging from cloud-hybrid data centers to next generation data center switching fabrics to private multi-overlay wide-area interconnects to profile-based secured wired and wireless user access.
This position will provide top tier engineering and troubleshooting for the DISH corporate data network devices and services. Must be a detail oriented and highly organized individual, follow best practices for network engineering and strive for strategic vision in the design, planning and implementation of network services. Cisco background necessary, and solid familiarity with AWS cloud network architecture a plus.
Project Implementation :
• Provide advanced technical leadership for complex project work, including functional subsystem upgrades for mission-critical network devices and services as well as strategic upgrades to the network core
• Supply advanced technical direction and leadership to junior members of the data networking team through the planning and implementation processes
• Establish requirements, provide analysis for network and services specifications, network design, network partitioning, and network architecture definition
• Provide advanced expertise in the development of network test, validation, and integration plans on projects, and ensure maintenance of network integrity throughout project development
Network Operations:
• Maintaining daily operational responsibility for reliability of the DISH corporate network
• Manages enterprise network systems and services to an operational uptime of 99.95%
• Responsible for design and implementation of data network services and performs network testing and evaluation testing on a regular basis
• Conducts advanced enterprise-level performance tuning as well as network performance audits on a regular basis
• Monitors ongoing availability of network services and processes.
• Proficient hands on experience and understanding of fundamental networking concepts and protocols including IP subnetting
• Demonstrated expertise with switching and routing protocols such as MPLS, BGP, and OSPF
• Validate that customer network configurations are functioning per designs by validating log flows, event threshold settings, and alarm notification settings
Skills, Experience And Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer/Network Engineering or related field; six to eight years as a data network specialist that includes two to three recent years of experience in AWS in a medium to large enterprise network; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced knowledge of network monitoring and performance tools for networks, including for cloud network infrastructure.
• Strategic thinker, strong interest and aptitude in collaborative big picture, enterprise-wide network infrastructure roadmaps.
• A commitment to improving processes and to customer satisfaction
• Experience specific to automation for cloud networking build & configuration in AWS is the primary skill set we are looking for more of:
