Responsibilities :
Laundry-Facility Maintenance Engineer Duties:

Operate, troubleshoot and maintain the industrial-laundry facility and equipment to include washers, dryers, ironers, spreaders, folders, and steam presses

Other Maintenance Engineer Duties:
• Performs duties including, but not limited to, the maintenance of boilers, chillers, compressors, refrigeration equipment, generators, sound and lighting systems, plumbing, electrical systems, painting and wall covering
• Responsible for the maintenance of hotel Guest rooms and public spaces
• Documents work by initiating and completing work orders in the computerized maintenance program
• Understands energy management systems and operators
• Troubleshoots electrical and mechanical systems
• Evacuations/downtimes - climbs stairs or walkways up to 150 feet high, walks on uneven surfaces, and assists Guest’s in these situations. Pushes up to 100 lbs. Must stay calm in highly stressful situations.
• Interacts with Guests and Cast Members answering questions, providing directions, event information, and other services to help create a magical experience for our Guests and Cast Members

Basic Qualifications :
Schedule Availability - Must be open to any shift (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift) including holidays, with any combination of days off

Technical Skills, Abilities and Experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience maintaining laundry-facility equipment with daily repairs including equipment adjustments, re-setting control formulas for washers, dryers, spreaders, stackers and folding equipment

The pay rate for this role in California is $27.32 to $34.18 per hour, which follows the pay scale agreed upon in the Collective Bargaining Agreement. The base pay actually offered may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. Basic Qualifications:

• Oversee enterprise-wide development and implementation of plans to meet TWDC’s environmental sustainability goals and ensure compliance to related policies
• Responsible for environmental sustainability reporting strategy and related data collection needs
• Develop and oversee implementation of an enterprise-wide integrated energy plan to assess most cost-effective and environmentally sound strategy to meet net zero emission and zero carbon energy goals and business needs
• Participate as a thought leader in the ongoing development of environmental sustainability goals and policies for the enterprise, including supporting the work to:
• Oversee the company’s Commuter Assistance programs
• Responsible for strategy and implementation plan for employee engagement on environmental sustainability at TWDC including communicating our environmental sustainability goals and how individual employees play a role in achieving them

Basic Qualifications:
• 10-12+ years of experience in Environmental Sustainability work, including leading an environmental sustainability team of an organization with a meaningful and multi-faceted operational environmental footprint to address across emissions, waste, water, materials and sustainable design
• Extensive experience designing and implementing an environmental sustainability plan across emissions, waste, water, materials and sustainable design and across Scopes 1, 2 and 3
• Experience leading and implementing a renewable energy plan to bring an organization to zero carbon electricity, including negotiation of PPA and VPPA deals
• Experience leading and implementing natural climate solutions, including due diligence and negotiation of deals
• Extensive experience working with a range of stakeholders (NGOs, Governments, industry groups, international organizations) on environmental matters
• Experience working in a large, complex corporate environmental and pulling together environmental sustainability plans and providing oversight across multiple divisions and regions. Strong influence skills and comfort leading cross-functionally, including at times without direct authority
• Experience developing a robust environmental sustainability metrics and reporting plan, including expertise with relevant toolsets and frameworks and specific experience reporting through CDP and TFCD
• Financial savvy in environmental space, including experience developing bottoms up estimate for implementation costs for an environmental sustainability plan
• Strong network across public and private sector in the environmental sustainability space
• Strong team leadership skills
• Top notch project management capabilities
