The Sales & Marketing Operations Lead role is responsible for building, implementing and optimizing the DispatchTrack MarTech stack across the Go-to-Market engine, specifically driving alignment and efficiency from Marketing to Sales to Customer Success across the customer lifecycle.

Primary Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day support on campaign performance to ensure we are using every dollar of marketing spend to the fullest. Review key metrics to understand bookings, pipeline performance, and health of the business
• Lead operational cadence and drive regular interlocks and orchestration with Sales/Marketing to monitor performance against plan, identify key potential issues, track progress against key action items, etc.
• Identify, implement, and manage our marketing technology solutions. Help us solve problems and uncover opportunities with effective use of a modern MarTech stack including Marketo, 6Sense, and Hubspot
• Architect, implement and enforce lead processes and lead follow up
• Monitor and maintain data quality and data integrity within the marketing database, ensuring accuracy and minimizing bad or incomplete data
• System admin for core MarTech solutions, including Hubspot and 6Sense
• Strong focus on all our marketing leading indicators to identify key trends and provide accurate forecasts so we quickly course-correct if needed
• Establish a data-driven culture across demand generation efforts to champion our pipeline contribution and drive positive ROI on our program investments
• Run post-mortem meetings on key marketing programs to assess what is driving the best outcomes
• Lead key initiatives across Marketing that will have a positive impact on growth, productivity, retention, and/or the Customer Experience
• Provide key ad hoc analysis (e.g., funnel optimization, ABM performance, propensity to buy models, etc.) to help the management team refine/adjust the strategy as needed.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CCPA and other global marketing regulations

Minimum Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience managing tech stack and operations in a marketing operations role; ideally at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
• Understanding of marketing technology, ability to act as admin to multiple tools in the marketing toolstack
• Experience with Salesforce.com, 6Sense and Marketo or Hubspot marketing automation solutions (Marketo preferred)
• Knowledge of lead lifecycle management and how data flows between tools
• Ability to work cross-functionally, to collaborate while managing expectations and priorities and to credibly and compellingly present and debate your recommendations with peers and senior management
• Knowledge of best practices, processes and systems that will allow us to scale; ability to find and replace inaccuracies and inefficiencies
• Experience across multiple go-to-market motions a plus: enterprise sales/account-based marketing (ABM), and customer marketing
• Strong problem solving, analysis, prioritization, tactical execution and planning skills with excellent attention to detail
• Skilled in managing numerous simultaneous projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment with changing needs and priorities
• Strong business acumen and project management skills, with a bias for data-informed decision-making
• Proven experience scaling and building with automation and repeatable processes
• Deep understanding of the customer journey. Experience with data augmentation, lead routing, and lead scoring a plus
• Ability to navigate through and communicate complex ideas effectively - verbally, in writing, and presentations
• Location: SF Bay Area, CA, Hybrid

Your Role as Sales Development Representative (SDR)

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will be at the forward edge of our go-to-market strategy. You will evangelize the DispatchTrack solution and partner with a Senior Account Executive to find and prioritize sales opportunities, qualify them, and win new business. You are a self-starter who likes to hunt for business and values strong and successful customer relationships. Working in tandem with your Senior Account Executive you will quickly build a large sales pipeline, primarily within new logo accounts. Your responsibilities will include:
• Identify and prospect for new customers using named account lists
• Map enterprise accounts, find the right contacts, and build demand for our products
• Generate new business opportunities through professional networking and cold calling
• Develop and deploy Social Selling techniques that engage prospects and help build trusted relationships
• Quickly and aggressively follow up on leads generated by the Marketing team
• Understand, follow, and help improve our prospecting cadence while maintaining accurate information within the Salesforce automation system
• Ensure 100% customer success and satisfaction

Your Role as a Sales Solution Engineer

As a Sales Solution Engineer, you will be part of an agile and growing team, playing a pivotal role in being a conduit between prospects, account executives, product, and delivery teams. Sales Engineers are customer-facing, with previous hands-on technical and/or operation experience, that can effectively extract and understand requirements, architect unique solutions to address critical objectives, and communicate our value proposition through impressive presentations and demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities
• Leverage a consultative approach with prospective customers and conduct discovery to learn customer requirements and translate them into a technical vision for DispatchTrack deployment.
• Design and deliver live demonstrations of the DispatchTrack solution. Ensure demonstrations align our value proposition, technology, and benefits to the needs of prospective customers. Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions with prospects to gather and document technical requirements.
• Create and execute “custom” demonstrations that include actual customer data.
• Be an enabler for the broader sales organization and assist with creating and managing sales demonstration environments/sites.
• Support the sales team in executing RFI/RFP/RFQ responses.
• Coordinate with onboarding teams to communicate solution requirements and ensure a smooth transition from the selling process to customer onboarding.
• Maintain and establish new best practices regarding documentation, process, and coordination within the Sales Engineer team.

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain, Computer Science, or Business Administration
• 3+ years of working experience in one or several of the following areas
• Solution or application consulting or implementation
• Transportation
• Logistics or supply chain
• Mobile workflow or telematics
• Experience with one of the following domains a plus: planning or route optimization/solutions, order management systems, inventory management, WMS, or TMS.
• Be consultative and analytical, with the ability to identify and solve process inefficiencies.
• Can work independently, are highly organized, with solid self-structure and discipline.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be self-motivated; able to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be comfortable in a rapidly changing startup environment
• Once conditions permit, must be willing to travel (75%)
