• Planned shift: Call Center operates from 9:30am to 6pm.
• Greets customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner. Actively listens to caller to assess and clarify service needs.
• Resolves customer service issues by processing transactions within scope or engaging other corporate resources as required. Documents all customer inquiries and issues using Customer Relationship Management application.
• Knowledge of Business Information Industry an asset and a strong working knowledge of D&B products, D&B systems, Reporting and Scoring models are recommended.
• 1 year high volume inbound Contact Center experience.
• PC knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Written and verbal English language skills required.
• Additional language skills of Spanish and/or French an asset.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines and goals.
• A detail orientation and ability to work in an environment of ambiguity.

Requirements:
• A Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, MIS, engineering, computer science, or any related scientific or computational field of study that includes related statistical or math coursework (Master's degree is a plus)

• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Ability to train and transfer knowledge and skills

Brief Description:

Description
The Customer Success Manager serves as a trusted advisor to our customers, helping them to achieve success with D&B Lattice solutions and maximize their return on investment in the platform. • Ensure that a plan is in place with each customer for deployment, change management and adoption

• Work closely with Product and Engineering on identification and tracking of enhancement requests

Qualifications
• 4 year degree required
• 5+ years of experience in software customer account management, management consulting or at a major systems integrator
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and technical aptitude
• Robust project management experience
• Proven track record of success as a manager or a team-lead
• Sales & Marketing business domain knowledge is highly desirable
• Familiarity with Salesforce, CRM and other Software-as-a-Service is a plus
• Passion for predictive analytics and the power of data driven solutions
• Enjoys working closely with customers to ensure complete satisfaction

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary interface to our Fortune 500 customers, responsible for assessing their needs and deploying our solutions. You will be expected to understand key sales challenges and demonstrate strong problem solving, project management, and customer engagement skills.

Description
The Customer Success Manager serves as a trusted advisor to our customers, helping them to achieve success with D&B Lattice solutions and maximize their return on investment in the platform. The CSM is responsible for understanding customer requirements, managing project implementation and driving adoption. Over time, CSMs should be capable of sharing sales and marketing productivity best practices and working with the Lattice Sales team to expand our customer footprint. CSMs will regularly interface with our customer's Sales, Marketing, Analytics and IT teams to execute their role.
Responsibilities
• Manage all post-sales activity for Lattice's enterprise customers through strong relationship-building, product knowledge, planning and execution
• Lead a cross-functional team of Lattice and customer resources for solution implementation
• Maintain a deep understanding of our solutions and speak with customers about the most relevant features/functionality for their specific business needs
• Ensure that a plan is in place with each customer for deployment, change management and adoption
• Increase customer retention by conducting regular check-in calls and perform quarterly business reviews
• Partner with Sales to develop a plan for customer success and expansion with Lattice
• Work closely with Product and Engineering on identification and tracking of enhancement requests
• Function as the voice of the customer and provide internal feedback on how Lattice can better serve our customers
Qualifications
• 4 year degree required
• 5+ years of experience in software customer account management, management consulting or at a major systems integrator
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and technical aptitude
• Robust project management experience
• Proven track record of success as a manager or a team-lead
• Sales & Marketing business domain knowledge is highly desirable
• Familiarity with Salesforce, CRM and other Software-as-a-Service is a plus
• Passion for predictive analytics and the power of data driven solutions
• Enjoys working closely with customers to ensure complete satisfaction
• A go-getter who takes the initiative to get things done

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will responsible for developing highly scalable, distributed software systems. You will work with a geographically distributed cross functional software dev teams as well as product managers, operational teams, vendors and program managers; execute and improve on industry best SDLC practices that will help modernize our products and platforms; drive innovation and collaborate with technologists across the organization to elevate our team, and accelerate time to market by reducing code complexity,
Responsibilities:
• Hands-on development, architectural breakdown and design review of software across (front-end/back-end) in a polyglot programming environment.
• Identify, plan and ensure successful incremental execution of application modernization, re-platform and refactoring efforts.
• Lead software debugging, monitoring and performance optimizations.
• Collaborate with Product Management and other Application Development teams to prioritize initiatives and to plan resources effectively.
• Participate on 24x7 on-call rotation along with team members
Education, Experience, Competencies:
• MS/BS in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years overall experience software engineering:
• 4+ years hands-on experience working with JavaScript (Node.js) and frameworks (React.js, Angular, Redux, Express)
• 2+ years hands-on prior experience working with Java/PHP and related frameworks (SpringFramework, Laravel) are desirable.
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and solution architectures and tradeoffs (Micro-Frontends, Responsive Web Design / Single-page Application Design, Component Libraries, API Driven Development, Feature Flags, SOLID/ DRY principles)
• Experience with testing methodologies that cover unit, integration, system and performance testing. Guide work for onshore and offshore software engineers on multiple project scrum teams to provide high quality and high availability solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, follow an agile development process, continuously strive for improvement utilizing service-oriented architecture and object-oriented programming. Experience using AWS for designing and building software, core services (ELB, S3, EC2, CloudFront, etc.) along with security risks and mitigations.
Note: Core capabilities include web development, stakeholder management, agile/lean, team engagement, process control, software testing, staff planning and product support.
